clever! Bed swing in particular is a huge hit with everyone. It took dad and 2 mates about 6 hours to assemble (including lunch) without any major hitches and then they had a go too! I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness and quality of the build. This will be around for a long time! We specifically ordered the Pro as the cubby was recommended as the perfect retreat space as the kids get older.

Unfortunately, not long after assembly, the two posts holding up the shade cloth snapped one night (on reflection this was most likely user error as we don't think we inserted the bolts through the holes in the posts - will blame dad's mates for that one!) We could not be happier with our Vuly Medium Quest 2.1 Pro Monkey Bars purchase. The quality is amazing and well worth the effort of setting it up. Since giving it to our kids for Christmas, they have been on it constantly and enjoying being together using it. Purchased the Quest Pro 2.1 Medium, arrived mid November 2025. Booked installer to come out, he says 2 x poles are bent , need replacing. 2 weeks later that arrives, takes a week for the installer to come out. Says I have to contact Vuly for new job number, which I get, but he says it’s not correct, so waiting time on the phone and text going back… Read more
and forth… finally installer comes back out again, now it’s the overpass that’s faulty, so another 2-3 weeks wait, kids are devastated it won’t be up by Christmas, I’m fed up, been a horrible experience, I wouldn’t buy anything from them again

well-engineered once it's up. Most importantly, my kids absolutely love it. They have been on it every single day since we set it up. It’s been great for getting them outdoors and burning off energy. The easiest put together ever! The boxes are labeled to match the instructions and all parts are clearly labeled, my favourite part was definitely the bolts and screw box being labeled and pre sorted for easy installation! house before purchasing one of our own and the quality was fantastic, especially given the age of the play set (5 years old). I can’t wait for our kids to see their new quest pro! The only negative so far is that the delivery tracking has not been great. Part of our order was supposed to arrive already but I have not yet heard from the delivery company and I am unsure when it will arrive.
