The best tablet for drawing – On Wednesday 23rd February 2018 I purchased a Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Tablet Small - Pistachio for $129 from JB Hi-Fi so I could draw, sketch, paint and edit with natural feel and movement, which helps me relax.
Wacom - wake up – Long time Wacom tablet person - but I've never been so frustrated by any piece of technology as I have been from this. I get unwanted keyboards popping up, I get palettes popping up, I get my unwanted art board rotation just because I rest my wrist on the pad as I draw. I get Windows Ink popping up. I recommend disabling this stuff by default.… Read more
No-one has time to watch YouTube after YouTube video looking for fixes (fortunately they exist as it's not only me furious at this) - or even read the manual - paper doesn't need a manual to just work, nor should these.
Here's a sample of what can be found: Windows Ink which is on by default in Windows 10, makes Photoshop unusable, so the solution is to disable Windows Ink. But then you lose pressure sensitivity. So the solution is to put a secret text file in Photoshop's directory re-enabling it. You gotta work this stuff out, Wacom - Huion is catching, you can't live of past reputation forever. drives me insane! I upgraded my Mac earlier this year which hasnt fixed the problem at all so I know its a tablet problem. When the tablet is working it works fine, it is just a total pain.
Very Disappointed! – Have used wacom for years and now on my third which has been a waste of time and money. Tried numerous times to install on Mac with new Mojave software, no go!
Woeful Wacom – Purchased a Wacom tablet a few days ago. Updated my Mac. Driver is no longer supported. Customer service suggested that I download an older driver. Not supported by my Mac. It’s useless now. Waste of money.
Wacom Intous small – We bought a Wacom Intous Art Table small for our teenage son for his school project. This tablet is very affordable. It is easy to use for drawing and sketching.
A decent buy – This is a great graphics tablet overall. The user experience is good and writing on it is quite fun and comfortable. Issues I have with it is the pen. It looks and feels cheap and I can't use any of my other Wacom pens with it.
