find a reasonable solution. [Name Removed], the owner, personally called me back — and I have to say, his response was nothing short of exceptional. He was professional, respectful, and completely accountable. What truly surprised me was that he offered a full refund without hesitation. I did not expect that level of resolution at all. In fact, I made it clear that I wasn’t seeking anything so significant. But that kind of integrity and customer care is rare. It showed me that this is a business that genuinely stands behind its products and values its customers. The refund has now been processed in full. Mistakes can happen in any business. What defines a company is how they handle them — and in this case, Wall Art Prints went above and beyond. Because of that, I will absolutely be purchasing my future canvas and artwork from them. Service like this deserves recognition.
Beautiful Print, good quality. The problem was a delivery. They are using Hunter Express. Unfortunately the did not inform us about the date of delivery. The print was left outside our holiday house and stayed there overnight. Fortunately there were no rain on this day and nobody pinched the print.
Excellent two wall canvass prints – Very impressed with two beautiful wall canvass prints I ordered. Fast delivery considering but worth the wait. Absolutely top class prints. Vivid colours and as advertised they’re impeccably made for a reasonable price compared to similar sites. I’ll buy from them again.
Pathetic – On the 29th of April I bought a 120cm by 170cm print from WALLARTPRINTS $800.00 print on sale for $559.00 on the 6th of May they sent me a email saying good news your item has shipped they sent me a tracking number all good you would think but then on the 8th of May 2024 the proverbial set in when i checked with the courier they used to see why I… Read more
did not see my item moving they told me they went in on the 3rd of May to pick it up which wallartprints instructed them to do but when they arrived wallart told them the print was not ready I then rang wallartprints who told me their was a glitch with the tracking number and their SORRY but the item has definitely been sent they would be in touch as soon as they get the wright tracking number that was on the 9th of May I checked the same day with the courier and they told me evan starting to get upset that they did not receive the print from wallartprints after not hearing anything from wallartprints and them not answering my phone calls or emails by the 14 of May I put a item not received claim in with paypal it is now the 15th still not heard from wallartprints I know i will get my refund but they are stuck with this negative feedback so SORRY

Excellent – I've bought a few prints from wall arts and found them all good quality and competitively priced......anne on customer service was lovely lady.. she is very quick at responding on queries and very obliging, but it's now changed hands and no Instant chat.....?...see how it goes
