bag is ok. For a bag that's 170 on sale the finishes are still pretty poor and as if it's a second product. Id I'd paid full retail $200+ I would have been really peeved and returned. Also the 'free gift' I chose bellagio wallet in teal..... So bad. Stitching all wrong, cuts in the leather where it's been sewn in near the zipper, unfinished inside and even their branding says Wander and then blurred... Just another really poor experience overall as the quality just doesn't match the price point.

Beautiful bags! – Absolutely beautiful, top quality bags. I bought the Manhattan crossbody and a week later bought the Manhattan in the bigger size. Shipping was really fast. No complaints whatsoever. Will be purchasing again

Great Crossbody bag – I bought the trieste grande crossbody bag in burgundy. It is luscious, beautiful soft leather, well-made, plenty of pockets. I like it so much that I just bought another one in olive. The bag arrived quickly and included a free leather gift and a nice note. My experience with this company has been excellent.

Great purse, great customer service – Love my purse but the strap it came with appears to be slapped together with scrap pieces of leather. It really bugs me because the picture showed a well put together strap. Update: The customer service was quick to fix this issue and replace the strap!

It seems quite deceptive that an Australian company, supposedly set to New Zealand in the upper right corner, would quote their prices as dollars - but it doesn't tell you until you reach the shopping cart that these prices are American dollars. Why would prices be in American dollars, if not to make things seem cheaper then charge you more when you're already committed to buy?

I cannot wrap my head around the idea that I bought an overstock item but it is now 2 weeks later and it has not been dispatched. Granted it was on discount, I think customers still deserve to be advised and told the truth. It looks like overstock means backorder in this case.

Poorly made. Green tarnish waxy substance on buckles and zip. Buckle and strap indent in main leather after being flat packed for so long. Strap wonky out of shape. I'm glad I only paid sale price. None the less $165 for a poor quality bag. Drawn in from the website the photos are very professional I thought I was getting a classy very good quality handbag on sale. I took photos but I'm so disgusted I can't be bothered posting them. Lost heart.

Poor experience – I ordered a bag 10 days ago. Order confirmed. No shipping update or anything. Still haven't received item. Have emailed. This is very poor. If I don't receive item I want a refund

Concerned – I have to say l am a little concerned. Ordered 3 bags ( silly ), 11days ago, advised would receive in 3-5. No tracking available. No response to phone messages. Finally one email response with no clarification of where my order is. Disappointing start.

I am so delighted with my purchase!! – I bought myself a tan Gemma tote. Always need a big bag. It arrived promptly, with a bonus matching card wallet. Returning a bag is very expensive – I wanted to return a handbag, worth about $400 Canadian dollars, and to ship it back to Wanderers Travel, it would have cost me $185 dollars. This is half the cost of the bag. Guess I will sell it on line.

Disappointing… – I recently purchased the Venetian Grande Wallet and I’m sorry to say I’m so disappointed. When using this wallet with the shoulder strap, it turns upside down as it is not weighted correctly against where the straps are. Everything else about this wallet I love, but now I find myself worrying that my valuable contents may tip out if the zipper isn’t fastened securely. Also, I’d only used it twice and one of the leather zip toggles was missing, obviously had fallen off. Once again, disappointing. I have emailed the company and have had no response at all. Not surprised now that I have read all the negative reviews

Poor quality – Purchased a crossover bag. Used a few times in the first year, then started to use it regularly. Strap broke. Paid for replacement strap. New strap rubbed off on clothing. Ruined two pants and tops. Sent video and photos. Little concern for ruined clothing.

posted in a padded satchel and came with marks, creases and indentations, not all of them could be polished out. The free card purses have very stiff zips. Overall, I think the bags are not worth full RRP. They are ok value when on sale as long as you don't mind that it will probably have imperfections.

I contacted them again and they told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 4 weeks before sending out the wallet. This is going on two months. I find it extremely unprofessional that a company would take my money without having the item in stock and postpone sending it to me. This feels fishy and I do not trust this comoany. Many other companies simply say "not in stock". Very disappointed with my experience. Huge waste of time.

She did get a little coin purse for free & I remember it being so cute that I actually considered keeping it for myself! I understand some people may not be happy with their purchase but when a company offers returns then why not just send the item back? For all intents and purposes, the bag is sold as WHITE, it looks white in the photos & on google and it comes up on their website as white if you refine your search and opt to display only white bags / purses. Right, so with all of that clarified, the bag is NOT white. It is a strange off white / pale grey colour. I needed this bag to crisp white and it's truly awful. The only thing in my wardrobe that this bag matches is my dirty old (used-to-be-white) sneakers that I've been wearing for gardening. I don't have time to mess around with returns as this bag was for an upcoming trip and now I'm back to square one. No handbag for my holiday and I have wasted $200. I've also read other reviews about shocking customer service so no point engaging with the company to try and resolve this. The size is perfect and compartments are adequate. Had I purchased any other colour I'd likely be more impressed. Going back to other reviews I've read through, I wish I'd seen this before purchasing. I would have to strongly agree with other customers who have complained about quality and packaging. Another HUGE issue is that my bag arrived in a basic padded satchel and when unwrapped, it had so many indentations and creases that it looked second-hand. I have used every (safe) technique possible to remove the worst indentations but to no avail. On the very front of the bag is a circle-shaped indent that looks like someone has used the baby soft leather as a drink coaster to sit their coffee mug. The dent won't budge and it looks terrible. I have no words for the FREE purse except thank god I didn't pay $79 for it. It's just as crushed up and out of shape. The inner "card slots" don't fit normal sized cards and have simply been open cut to expose the slip pocket, the leather where it has been cut is not even finished. Just a raw edge. That little specimen will be going to the op shop. The olive green colour is amazing though so can only imagine a bag in this colour would be lovely. I paid for express shipping and that was speedy enough. Only plus thus far. To future customers, please make sure you explore the options out there because honestly, for $200 or more, you could do so much better. To Wanderers Travel, you have the right idea and are trying to provide something unique in style and colour options but the execution is terrible. If the manufacturers are at fault, please address it because as it stands you are selling inferior products at premium prices and it's not ok.

Terrible quality, broke first use – The bag broke after a few minutes of use, it seemed that the metal wasn't welded properly. There is no option for refund and the return process is time consuming and laborious, forcing you to post it back to get a replacement bag, despite having said I don't want another product from them.

Not great quality – Really disappointed with the product. For the price I paid, I expected fair quality but the bag looks like its put together by an amateur. stamp on the bag looks crooked. The free wallet it came with are of similar quality, I could only get the zip halfway through as it gets snagged on the badly cut and sewn leather on the inside. I hope to get this Christmas gift refunded. I hope they work on their quality issues and grow better as a brand.

aren’t worth it, even less care taken with these and they really feel like they are slapped together. Each order has had a warranty claim from a product being faulty by either the way it was stored or manufacturing. (1x bag, 2 x coin purse) the replacement bag was ok but the 2 wallets where just as bad as the first sent out, if not worse. I definitely won’t be ordering anymore from this company, the value for money isn’t there and you can see there’s no love put into the product or manufacturing. Really disappointing considering the price, I feel like I have been sent factory seconds and not new products.

them THREE times to ask them to cancel and refund the bag that is out of stock, and ZERO replies. literally crickets. they're so arrogant and think they're too good to reply to the people who make their business. I cannot understand how they can ignore 3 EMAILS but of course that's literally the only way you can contact them and they choose to ignore it. its a friggin joke honestly.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND THEN IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO GET IN TOUCH TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE. AND INEVITABLY YOU WILL HAVE ONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE THROUGH A REPUTABLE SELLER.

and then I was told it would be weeks before I received the bag. They offered to change the bag but I was after this one specifically. So I waited and nothing nothing nothing, I checked my account and suddenly it was fulfilled. It has only taken 2 months, I am incredibly disappointed as I have spent a lot of $$$$ with this company. The bags are beautiful but I feel like I mean nothing as a customer and as such I will not purchase from them again. I am so disappointed all it would have taken is a little bit of communication and I wouldn't have felt like this.
