bag is ok. For a bag that's 170 on sale the finishes are still pretty poor and as if it's a second product. Id I'd paid full retail $200+ I would have been really peeved and returned. Also the 'free gift' I chose bellagio wallet in teal..... So bad. Stitching all wrong, cuts in the leather where it's been sewn in near the zipper, unfinished inside and even their branding says Wander and then blurred... Just another really poor experience overall as the quality just doesn't match the price point.

Ordered one colour, but sent a completely different colour, which was not even listed on their website - see the photo I attached. Then spent hours organising the return... at my expense, of course. The bag smells like mineral turpentine... quite possibly because it was repainted.

Great Crossbody bag – I bought the trieste grande crossbody bag in burgundy. It is luscious, beautiful soft leather, well-made, plenty of pockets. I like it so much that I just bought another one in olive. The bag arrived quickly and included a free leather gift and a nice note. My experience with this company has been excellent.
Great purse, great customer service – Love my purse but the strap it came with appears to be slapped together with scrap pieces of leather. It really bugs me because the picture showed a well put together strap. Update: The customer service was quick to fix this issue and replace the strap!

It seems quite deceptive that an Australian company, supposedly set to New Zealand in the upper right corner, would quote their prices as dollars - but it doesn't tell you until you reach the shopping cart that these prices are American dollars. Why would prices be in American dollars, if not to make things seem cheaper then charge you more when you're already committed to buy?
I cannot wrap my head around the idea that I bought an overstock item but it is now 2 weeks later and it has not been dispatched. Granted it was on discount, I think customers still deserve to be advised and told the truth. It looks like overstock means backorder in this case.

Returning a bag is very expensive – I wanted to return a handbag, worth about $400 Canadian dollars, and to ship it back to Wanderers Travel, it would have cost me $185 dollars. This is half the cost of the bag. Guess I will sell it on line.

Overall, I think the bags are not worth full RRP. They are ok value when on sale as long as you don't mind that it will probably have imperfections.

For all intents and purposes, the bag is sold as WHITE, it looks white in the photos & on google and it comes up on their website as white if you refine your search and opt to display only white bags / purses. Right, so with all of that clarified, the bag is NOT white. It is a strange off white / pale grey colour. I needed this bag to crisp white and it's truly awful. The only thing in my wardrobe that this bag matches is my dirty old (used-to-be-white) sneakers that I've been wearing for gardening. I don't have time to mess around with returns as this bag was for an upcoming trip and now I'm back to square one. No handbag for my holiday and I have wasted $200. I've also read other reviews about shocking customer service so no point engaging with the company to try and resolve this. The size is perfect and compartments are adequate. Had I purchased any other colour I'd likely be more impressed. Going back to other reviews I've read through, I wish I'd seen this before purchasing. I would have to strongly agree with other customers who have complained about quality and packaging. Another HUGE issue is that my bag arrived in a basic padded satchel and when unwrapped, it had so many indentations and creases that it looked second-hand. I have used every (safe) technique possible to remove the worst indentations but to no avail. On the very front of the bag is a circle-shaped indent that looks like someone has used the baby soft leather as a drink coaster to sit their coffee mug. The dent won't budge and it looks terrible. I have no words for the FREE purse except thank god I didn't pay $79 for it. It's just as crushed up and out of shape. The inner "card slots" don't fit normal sized cards and have simply been open cut to expose the slip pocket, the leather where it has been cut is not even finished. Just a raw edge. That little specimen will be going to the op shop. The olive green colour is amazing though so can only imagine a bag in this colour would be lovely. I paid for express shipping and that was speedy enough. Only plus thus far. To future customers, please make sure you explore the options out there because honestly, for $200 or more, you could do so much better. To Wanderers Travel, you have the right idea and are trying to provide something unique in style and colour options but the execution is terrible. If the manufacturers are at fault, please address it because as it stands you are selling inferior products at premium prices and it's not ok.
Terrible quality, broke first use – The bag broke after a few minutes of use, it seemed that the metal wasn't welded properly. There is no option for refund and the return process is time consuming and laborious, forcing you to post it back to get a replacement bag, despite having said I don't want another product from them.

Each order has had a warranty claim from a product being faulty by either the way it was stored or manufacturing. (1x bag, 2 x coin purse) the replacement bag was ok but the 2 wallets where just as bad as the first sent out, if not worse.
