Watch Obsession

Very poor Quality control – I purchased a crafter blue strap from watch obsession for $150 so you figure it would be of good quality and both crafter blue and watch obsession would have a good QC process. I attached the strap to the watch and it literally fell to pieces, the strap uses moulded plastic ends that are glued to the leather and the glue just came away instantly with the slightest bend.

I contacted watch obsession showing a picture of what had happened, they asked me to send it back which I did, it's now been a month and I'm yet to get my refund.

When I contacted them and asked what was happening, and queried if perhaps the parcel had been lost or misplaced, they said I was accusing them of being dishonest. Not a great experience at all. I am now having to dispute the transaction with PayPal
