I purchased x3 HX2019FR-A-WF The block within 2 weeks I believe there is an issue with these filters, supply and cleanliness is good and original filter did not block. Contacted company twice with no response. I won’t be buying from them again and would recommend avoiding.

Received the filters quite quickly but they are horrible, the smell of the water is AWFULLY BAD and tastes like some kind of PARTICLES IN THE WATER. So I contacted them via email as I could never reach them via phone call as it always rings out. They ignored three of my emails so I ended up going to PayPal to claim back $70 for the three new filters that I want to return. That has also fallen through as they said to PayPal that the customer gets what they ordered. Yes, I ordered the product in good faith that they are of good quality but they are the worst filters and I would never use them for my family. I don't want their product free but I want three of the unopened/unused filters exchanged for a genuine Samsung filter. It is not hard and I am prepared to pay for the return as well but I don't understand why they won't do it. Very bad business ethics/practice.

Now I have lost AUD 94 and I don't want anyone else to go through what I had to go through so please be careful and do not order Aqua Blue H2O from this company it shows the NFS logo in the photo on the website but the filters that I received do not have the logo and I suspect they are cheap knockoffs.

Also, they blocked my account as soon as I got in touch with PayPal. Now I am receiving spam emails with the additional suffix in my name DONOTSERVE.

Error With Order Resolved – Ordered a filter tap which arrived with a different one (a lesser priced model). I spoke with Tim over the phone who was terrific in sorting out the issue and organised sending me out a couple of filters to fit my system for my troubles. Be wary as there are sites that try impersonating this one that are scammers.

Solid, simple and best value – With the endless sea of counterfeit products it’s refreshing to see a company not only supplying filters that are genuine but also at a price that doesn’t make you want to drink sea water.

Dodgy business, sent incorrect filter, won't replace it! – Dodgy, not only sent me the incorrect filter for my LG Fridge, but then tried to say it was my fault, even when their website clearly shows that they sent the wrong filter, dodgy business do not use!!

Products don't turn up – Ordered nearly four weeks ago...no show. Have tried to e-mail several times looking for postal tracking numbers...no answer. Tried to ring them...get a recorded message saying they were open normal business hours. I rang at 11.30am. Update 13/12 still no sign of filters and they have ignored my demand for a refund STAY AWAY.

Will not answer emails or return calls – Ordered two water filters for my fridge. On opening and removing the plastic protector on a filter the end of one of the filter ends which holds the rubber seals had a bit of plastic fall away from the sealing end making it unusable. Sent an email to the company weeks ago and they have not replied. Have called and left messages and they don’t return calls. Just want a replacement for a faulty product. Will not use them again.
