Hopeless - avoid at all cost - buy another brand! – Works brilliantly… when it works. Unfortunately that’s only about 25% of the time. is well nigh impossible to restore. Much frustration while your meat burns. Weber make great BBQ’S - no doubt about that - but it seems they have little clue how to make proper a meat cooking probe, although they charge the usual top-dollar Weber price for what is an inferior product. Do some research and buy a brand that specialises in meat temp probes. Be sure the Bluetooth will work for your needs and the controls are simple and intuitive. I recommend avoiding the Weber igrill products. My 18 month experience with the device has been frustrating and very disappointing.
