Weber Q Cleaner

Turned to jelly – Same issue here...I went to clean my Weber today and was unable to use as the product has thickened and is unable to spray.. Product should just longer you would think
Weber Q cleaner turned to jelly – Was given the Wber Q cleaner as a gift and when I tried to use the spray bottle it separated only once or twice and wouldn’t work again. I swapped out the spray unit with the others I had at home and found they didn’t work either. I then inspected the liquid in the Container and found it to be very thick and I believe it has turned to a Gelatinous substance too thick to issue through the spray bottle.
I wrote this as a warning to check on purchase.
I have only heard of very good reviews for this product so perhaps in just a unlucky in this instance.
I have only seen one other review mentioning the product turning to jelly. That is on the BCF website where the reviewer had two bottles and one was perfect.
I’m a big fan of Weber products having never had issues before. My son, who gave me the cleaner as a gift, had fantastic results and that is why he gave me the cleaner to try.
Might be just a bit unlucky but as I live 60 km from the nearest BCF I can’t just drive up to replace it (during COVID 19 restrictions)
The batch number is 049288.
Just an update. I got to a BCF store and bought another bottle of cleaner and it worked perfectly.
In an email to a Weber representative they Saud that if the bottle is old stock then it may thicken and suggested shaking the bottle.. The instructions mention to shake the bottle anyway so if it’s jelly it will make no difference.
I have to say that the response from Weber has been very disappointing and not very helpful.

HI Mick, we're sorry to hear that. Do you know how old the bottle is? If you've got some photos, please send them through to social@weberbbq.com.au and we can take a look. It's not something we've heard of here before!
