Inconsiderate Discount Variety Store - WELLMART – This discount variety store has a very poor customer service due to the following reasons. Bought a plastic food container for $3.00. After checking out for less than a minute, I found out it is 1 litre and too big for my fridge. I asked the checkout cashier to exchange for half a litre plastic container and cost only $2.00. The cashier told me I will not get a $1.00 refund because it is their policy. I told the cashier it is just bought and why I don't get a $1.00 refund. Cashier refused to give refund even if it is less than a minute bought. The scenario above proof to me this discount variety store is in "inconsiderate" to customer. And has no good customer service policy. Please go somewhere else and avoid WELLMART Campsie and other places.
