got someone from their accounts department to send me a scam email to accept an 83% discount just for me, of some patches I didn't order. What lying scammers. I continued to send them emails telling them to pay back the money they stole from me. Wellnee are nothing but scamming liars who run an unethical, fraudulent company. In the end they paid back $185.00 of the $194.03 they stole from me. To top it off the knee braces and patches turned up, and they are not worth a $1.00 don't fit the knee, Velcro is useless and does not hold, made of cheap material, not even worth a dollar terrible, terrible terrible product. (website had AUS $$) Difficult site to navigate and this is where you get caught with added extras. Only Ordered 2 x knee braces and was charged for 2 x knee braces 1 box of knee pads, and 4 x knee braces So instead of $42.85 for the 2 x knee braces I was charged $194.03. Their return policy states Oh well how sad we don't do returns. Contacted 2 hours after order placed to let them know thy had over charged and that I had only ordered 2 x knee braces, they refused to stop the order, and 4 days later have said the order was sent.

Ordered one knee support on their website. The order showed that my order consisted of 5 knee supports and a packet of the patches! The website wouldn't allow me to correct it. Emailed them and they refused to do anything. Not impressed.

I'm 62 years old and thanks to Wellnee pain relief patches I'm still playing very competitive over 45s soccer thanks to the patches. Also not to mention they stay on for over 24 hours. I keep ordering them, and I also use them on back and shoulders as well. I really endorse this pain relief product.

I've used my Wellnee patches on other areas, including elbow, ankle and shoulder (for Bursitis). I've been astounded with how well they work for reducing pain in all these areas and in relation to my knee, I now have NO PAIN at all!! I actually love the smell too... Ordering my patches was easy, and delivery was prompt too.

Knee Patches are easy to use and relieve pain. Having trouble keeping brace on and velcro tapes rubbing at back of knee but does seem to help with walking and pain.

the Knee Brace I sent no less than SIX emails to the company to request the order be CANCEELED and issue a FULL REFUND. I was getting emails from the Company asking me to confirm my request. After this I received NOTHING from WELLNEE, until 24 hours later when I received an email to say I could NOT get a refund as my order had been shiped. I received the order and is COMPLETLY RUBBISH made of Nylon and Polyester, made in CHINA and shipped from New York. I certainly would not reccomend or endorse this product or company

By the time I found out about the extra item and contacted Wellnee they said "Sorry too late, your order has already been posted". Now to the products themselves. The knee brace is absolutely useless. The hole in the brace is FAR TOO SMALL so wearing the brace is very uncomfortable and painful as it pushes your patella into your knee. Consequently, I cannot wear the knee brace. The Herbal Knee Patches are equally useless. (Even though I didn't order them, since I had to pay for them, I thought that I would try them). The patches do appear to have some herbs on them (which you can smell). But the patches themselves have absolutely no 'give' (elasticity) in them. Consequently, once you have stuck them on your knee they will stay there ONLY FOR AS LONG AS YOU DON'T BEND YOUR KNEE! I found that within 5 mins of getting up to walk (after applying them), they came off my knee!!

the patella against the other bones in knee. The ones I received seemed to be made well enough and velcro held fine. They are just WRONG in design. Customer service is nothing more than a 'Bot' that redirects you to the sales pitch. IE: Totally none existent.

They supplied me with six items instead of one charging for the six items. Contacting them I was told it was too late as the order was already being processed. The knee pads are very difficult to fit and keep slipping off. The instructions provided are no help. A tutorial video would be helpful. No. I cannot recommend this company. Can I give them a zero?

Do not waste your money. The braces are cheap, do not fit, do not stay on and give very little support. The company’s claim that the braces are easy to return is not true either!

I ordered the wellnee knee brace for my mother, it was wonderful initially. However after only three hours of wear it started falling down and the Velcro would not stay done up. After contacting support a 50% refund was offered and accepted, only because they otherwise wanted us to send it back from Australia to USA at our cost. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, very bad quality and poor support service.

If i could give this company no stars i would. I got charged for 6 braces, only wanted one. Contacted them within minutes of seeing my charges, and they say t b eye couldnt help. The braces are not what they said, uncomfortable, sweaty and the Velcro cuts into your skin. No instructions. $102 USD, Thats about $185 for knee braces that are poor.

I was sceptical at first, but I was extremely surprised in such a positive way. The patches relieved my bone on bone osteo arthritis pain almost immediately and I also noticed an increase in mobility. These patches are amazing.

Surprise surprise, what turned up in the mail today was not the same as shown on their website. Mine were very skinny and the hole at the front of mine is an oval shape not round so definitely different, old stock? By skinny I mean the coverage up and down the knee is very minimal so it slips off the knee easily.

Please avoid this company at all costs. They added an item to my order without my consent costing £39.99 and would not let me cancel. I am trying to to return for a refund and it is so difficult and costly they almost force you to keep the unwanted item.

refund for the second order I was told I had approved both orders so they were ‘excited’ to offer me only 40% of the purchase price. THIS COMPANY DELIBERATELY USES DECEPTIVE PRACTICES TO TRICK CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING MORE ITEMS.

I was a bit skeptical about trying these patches but after initially trying them on my knees I then tried them on other parts of the body, my back in particular and have found quite a bit of relief in most areas I tried.

I place one order but got money taken from bank twice one amount was $35:13 which was for my order. second amount was $22:86 which I didn't know what for have try emailing but get nowhere. I want the $22:86 they stole from me.
