Absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my order. I was sent the wrong item, and then ignored emails, ignored calls, lied to three times, and right now I have just had the phone put down on me. I am shocked that a business would behave like this. I’ve been searching for bin liners to fit my swing out kitchen tidy. It’s one of those ones where the lid stays inside the cupboard and the bin is fixed to the door. Follow-up · The plastic liners are pleasantly perfumed , the bin itself has a flip up lid that opens as you open the cupboards door. I normally replace the liner when it’s about 3/4 full , that leaves enough loose liner to form 2 ears which you tie together to avoid the council bin from smelling up. The thickness is about normal compared to other liners I have used.

customer service team, only to be informed that my order had been overlooked for a reason that was not disclosed until I pushed for an answer. They created a new order but made no effort to offer compensation for the shipping costs I had already paid or provide an apology for the inconvenience caused. The order arrived a week later, certainly not within 1-3 days.
Additionally, I found the level of customer service, particularly from their representative, Sandy, to be unacceptably unprofessional and discourteous. As someone who works within this industry, I cannot recommend PPE Supplier and will be advising clients to consider alternative vendors moving forward.
Wrong gloves – I ordered 1 carton (1000) gloves. I ordered black nitro gloves, they sent sabco ones that rip when I try to put them on. They also have 2 websites, ppe supplier, and werko, the whole way they do business seems dodgy to me ! judging by other reviews too, BEWARE !!!

Great product, Great price & great experience – Was unsure ordering gloves online as have had very mixed results regarding quality - was EXTREMELY happy with product, price, ordering and delivery. Five Stars all round. (Would have loved a different colour other than the standard blue though)

Very happy with my experience purchasing products from Werko. Excellent value for money for workplace PPE items. I accidentally ordered the wrong size gloves, return of the product was easy and a refund was provided promptly and hassle free. I will be shopping with Werko again in the future.
Follow-up · I’m a return customer, and am still very satisfied with my dealings with Werko. They have consistently cheaper prices than other suppliers, but the products and service are still excellent. They will be my first choice for PPE for my workplace in the future.

previously and that's why we ended up buying them. In all cases it was mainly because we were all travelling overseas and all of us prefer to 'mask up' on flights etc where we can.

The mask is effective – The main reason we bought this product was because of the two head straps. This allows for use without the additional risk of losing hearing aids on the ears.
RATs with an 8 week expiry date – Make sure you read the very fine print. Ordered RATs due to the resurgence of COVID in WA. Took 2 weeks to get here and the expiry date is just 8 weeks ! Utter ripoff
Couldn't manage to deliver or credit a refund in a timely manner – I purchased work boots online, with the promise of 48 hour delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later no boots! I asked for a refund and was quoted another 3-5 working days for a credit to appear in my account. Still waiting! Never again!

I had a slight glitch in receiving, the colour was not what I thought I ordered but in case it was my ordering issue I kept the colour, it was out of box - face masks and short a few, Werko were very receptive to feedback and kindly dis the order again in boxes so were pleasant to deal with, apologetic when fault pointed out and rectified the issue. I purchased two boxes of vynil gloves as I dislike the latex ones, I had my address incorrect in my ebay account and after correcting the mistake I immediatlely contacted messaged the seller, making him aware of the address not been acurate and giving the right details. I received my order withing a few days and the gloves are good, in the future when I need some more I will come back to this seller.
Quality of the product met expectations. Value was great. Shipping was a little mixed. Items were apparently not in stock at the same time and got shipped separately. Would have been nice if this were communicated in advance rather than needing to follow up myself to see what was going on.

Good service, good products! Easy to use, well designed website. Great price on the masks I ordered. I ordered on Tuesday and was emailed my receipt and order confirmation immediately. I was emailed on Wednesday with a tracking number, and on Friday morning, my order arrived. Perfect. I've ordered from Werko sporadically, and every time it's been the same - great communication, fast shipping and good products.
Finally found 3xl rigger gloves that I wasn't to be charged a fortune for them. Easy online purchase and reasonable delivery time. Happy overall and will be back to buy more when required.

Childrens Safety Glasses – Ordered children’s safety glasses for our Nerf Wars at local daycare, perfect little glasses and delivery was prompt. Well priced aswell.
Service review – Over all, the website is easy to navigate, delivery was fast, pricing is good. Suggestions: would be better if Werko could consider to include paper towels in their products as it is more convenience to able to shop in one place.
