needed painting but apparently there was under damage too. Customer service wasn't too shabby either, seems like this place only gives a crap about insurance jobs. Will never use them again, stupid mistake not reading the reviews before hand.

Brushed me off as they were not going to make enough money from me as they do off insurance companies – Tried to get a quote on vehicle repair and they weren't interested unless they could do it through insurance companies. It is clear they over price thier jobs here so beware

BMW Smash repair – After buying a brand new BMW 330i, I was over the moon having such an amazing car to drive. 2 weeks ago this stupid motorcyclist tried squeezing past the right hand side due to peak traffic. Anyway, I have since had my car repaired by "Western Smash Repairs in Seven Hills" and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am one of the most fastidious and fussiest people on earth when it comes to my car. I actually feel sorry for anyone who works on it due to being a retired motor mechanic of 40yrs myself. I tend to examine everything with a fine tooth comb so to speak. I have never seen such perfection in the colour matching, panel alignment and contour alignment. Every little detail was addressed, nothing left unattended. It still looks like it did in the showroom when I bought it. When I picked up the car, it had been completely detailed all over, simply incredible service. I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality and expertise of these repairs, solely because it's quite a task to fix BMW vehicles mainly because of the high tech electronics running thru them with external cameras all around, lane protection sensors, parking sensors, tyre sensors, headlight sensors and so on.

Anyway, if your fussy like me and hope for perfection when restoring your baby back to good health, nice and new again, then I can only give you my suggestion. And that is "WESTERN SMASH REPAIRS" in Seven Hills. I feel extremely confident in their workmanship and quick service. They also have hire-cars available.
