Set up was easy. Speaking to the telephone reception staff was very pleasant and they were the full bottle on all of my queries. The products I wanted to order were in stock and available. I finished my order outside of same day cutoff times and they still managed to get it packaged and sent. This truely is what service should be like. Very different from my previous supplier. I will be surfing their site regularly looking for what I want.

First time using Westlab website and the process of setting up an account was quite easy. Westlab's ordering system is quite transparent and easy to locate the product required. Digital Thermostatic Water Bath 4L CODE: 663-890 – Digital Thermostatic Water Bath 4L- Very bad quality. Unit started smoke when turned on. Repaired twice within a span of 15 months.

Ease of checkout – I purchased a bulky item and the price for freight was included in the checkout cost automatically. This made it so much easier to reconcile credit card statements. Other companies have added the extra freight charge later which complicated my credit card reconciliation with my accounts team. Show reply
