Bad service and don’t sell what they advertise – Order cancelled after my money was taken because they had advertised the wrong price, didn’t try to contact me, or honour the price they advertised. Item still available for sale so it wasn’t as if there was no stock, they just don’t want to be a honest business. Very disappointed with the service and communication. Simply poor business.

selling the product on their ebay site but have taken it off their website.

I have purchased it from Myer for a bit more, as I actually really wanted the product. Unlike this store, they will communicate with you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Personable informative outstanding service – Today we visited this shop to purchase a wok The salesman (I failed to get his name ) was amazing .He was welcoming helpful without being overbearing a balance sometimes difficult to achieve .His knowledgeable of the products was outstanding and the purchase was a very efficient happy experience .The success of this shop is based on this amazing salesman and person .

internet; The order I subsequently placed was delivered without delay; A small problem with an item was immediately addressed to my satisfaction without argument. Appalling lack of customer service – “Scandinavian style” Christmas tree: $239 for an unusable tree which I would be embarrassed to put up in my home. telephoned them next day and they flat out and rudely refused return. After 3 emails I lodged a dispute with PayPal, then they finally responded saying this was change of mind on my part and provided a picture of a hideously over decorated tree showing me how it can be “styled”.

I had not celebrated Christmas properly for a couple of years and I simply wanted a beautiful and classy tree that I didn’t need to decorate. This was a lot of money for me to spend on a Christmas tree let alone something that will now go to the tip.

This business has no idea about follow up customer service. Had they offered me return for credit I would have accepted and they may have gained repeat business. Appalling experience!

Do not purchase from this store, Putrid service – Terrible service. Purchased a set of knives from this seller, and they sent out the incorrect item. They have sent a return label out to me for return and refund, although the parcel has been left sitting on my front porch for nearly a week now. Buyer Beware!!! – This company has no idea on what communication and customer service are. I ordered 3 items, received a paypal refund for 2 of my items. No email to let me know. No option to cancel the 3rd item (no point in having the 3rd item if the other 2 were cancelled on me) and then im charged postage. Stay away from them!

they were collected from What’s Cooking on the 6th of September. Their customer service people were then just plain rude and useless, basically saying it’s not our problem it’s out of our hands, we have no idea where your package is. Any other supplier in this day and age with electronic tracking are be able to advise the location and expected delivery of an item, certainly any other supplier I’ve dealt with recently. I wouldn’t deal with Whats Cooking again purely based on my post sales support from them or lack of and bad attitude. They have no idea how to deal with customers.

Really Poor Service – Ordered a frypan and a saucepan. I specifically chose the brand with the soft, rubbery handles that are easier to grip for older hands (I already own two of the same brand). Awful Service – Made an order on 7 September, was told parcel expted 13 September. To date, still no parcel. courier won't respond to my queries and whatscooking refuse to step in to provid any info re parcel's whereabouts or item's expected delivery. Whatscooking refuse to assist at all and refuse refund.

Excellent mixing bowls – On Saturday 29th May 2021 I purchased a O'Cuisine Mixing Bowl 16cm 1 Litre for $8.75, a O'Cuisine Mixing Bowl 21cm 2 Litre for $12.95 and a O'Cuisine Mixing Bowl 24cm 3 Litre for $15.95 so I could mix things. The staff were kind to me and the service was terrific.

Top company & excellent products – I've ordered a few items of serving ware, kitchen & baking equipment from this company & am very happy with the value & sales service. I had to return a product & a replacement was sent immediately with apology given in email from their sales dept. I was very happy with this service & quality of product, especially their sales items! Always impeccably wrapped too.

except the order confirmation from AfterPay. I didn't think much of it as I felt the confirmation of order from AfterPay was good enough as the proof of purchase.

Fast forward to 4th September, less than a week from the special occasion which the stand mixer was intended for, still no sign of the order, nor there had been any emails or communications on the status of this order, I rang the online fulfilment support phone number and had then been told that 'the product I ordered was not available and had been in backorder, it will come in next week'. I questioned why was I not notified or told about the 'Backorder', the lady I spoke to simply told me that I will get an email when the item is shipped, and 'they can't let me know until an item is shipped', no apologies, no regret as if it is perfectly normal. I then demanded the order to be cancelled and money refunded and explicitly requesting an email to be sent to me after the refund is processed. Having experienced the poor communication and customer service up till this point, I sent an email to sales@whatscooking.net.au immediately after the phone call to confirm my request to cancel the order. Again, no response nor has the refund been processed.

Fast forward to 2 days ago, Tuesday 15th September 2020, 2 days before the instalment from AfterPay is to be deducted from my credit card, I rang and spoken to [name removed] following up on the refund process, and [name removed] said the request will be forwarded to the admin team for processing, and again, I was told that I'd be notified once refund had been processed, refusing to give me an estimate of how long will the refund take. I understand [name removed] was probably only doing what she was authorized to do so I left it at that and hoped for the best.

Today, 17th September, another instalment had been direct debited from my credit card for an order I placed almost a month ago and requested to be cancelled 2 weeks ago due to stock unavailability and zero communication. I rang What's Cooking & Arrowmaster again and Emma answered, telling me the exact same thing that the refund is in progress blah blah blah... [name removed] then passed me onto a gentleman called [name removed] who was quite rude when I questioned 'it's unacceptable a refund takes 20 days to process (ok, it's 14 days)' claiming the refund request was only received 2 days ago...despite I rang on 4th September and followed up by an email immediately confirming my refund request.

I had then rung and spoken to AfterPay who confirmed to me that refund can be initiated by the merchant with a few clicks of buttons on the merchant's portal and it's quite unusual that the refund takes more than a couple of days.

I'm glad to say that after speaking to AfterPay, the refund is eventually processed.

My wife and I make regular online purchases, some from eBay marketplace sellers, some from department stores or other famous online retailers, this recent experience we had with What's Cooking & Arrowmaster is hands down The worst (not one of) online shopping experience ever encountered. I will not tell you not to buy from this retailer, but buyer-beware!!!

Fast delivery and helpful service – Helpful customer service and great range of products! Would recommend for online shopping for kitchenware and cookware. There was one item that arrived damaged in transit and the issue was fixed promptly.

Wont shop with them again – Wrong item sent, no communication that other item ordered was out of stock and if/when it will be back in stock. Other items sent were well packaged but clearly one item had been sitting on shelf for a while as it had discoloured. 6 month update. Still waiting on item/refund. They do not respond to emails. New blender – I just received a new KitchenAid blender from What’s Cooking. Blender looks great but it came not properly packed dusty and dirty. I hope it works as good as it looks.
