Wheat Bags

Poor quality product – I have bought many wheat heat packs over the years. I have always looked after them well using them approx. a few times a day. I find myseld having to stich them up after 6 months of purchasing. These guys need to start enforcing the stiched areas because I who this something a lot of people complain about off the reviews. Why should I have to send it back under my own expense when its the fualty product. Thats poor.
Great wheatbags – Have always loved these wheatbags (the ones from chemists not as good). Easy to order. Quick to deliver. Australian made. Australian company. I like to support Australian products where possible. And this is a good product. Show reply
Suspect quality – So, I use a wheat bag for warmth, not therapy. So it hasn't been abused at all. All I do is but it on my lap or on my feet. I used my bag successfully for 1 winter, but, at the start of the 2nd winter the stitching came apart. (I bought the "sectioned" bag). When the stitching comes apart, little bits of wheat spill out everywhere. Being an… Read more
ideas man, I emailed the company and asked if they do a heavy duty wheat bag with heavy duty stitching, or if they do custom wheat bags which I would be happy to pay for.
I received a response back from the company saying no to everything. No we don't do heavy duty stitching, no we don't do custom jobs, not even a suggestion to swap it due to poor sewing, or even to fix it at my cost, which I would of considered.
If the fine print had mentioned that I would only get 1 winter out of it, I wouldn't have bought it.
On the FAQ section of the company site, they mention if you heat it several times a day it may last 6 months. Is that as the stitching isn't up to scratch and doesn't last ? Well ... there's no mention of that.
Top Quality products and Excellent Service – I was buying heat packs from chemists and stores and they kept breaking, did not heat well nor retain the heat and some smelt toxic. A few years ago I found WheatBags Aust and was so happy with the quality of the products . My partner uses them almost daily for effective pain management and they just feel so nice. The bags heat up quickly,… Read more · 3
they retain the heat and the quality is exceptional. Definitely worth the purchase price. Highly recommend. I purchased another bag recently and it was delivered quickly and is of high quality. Nice to be able to buy Australian made from Australian owned companies.
High Quality Product and Service to Match! Love everything! – Like most people who suffer pain or even just feel the cold, I have searched since I was a young teen for the perfect way of applying heat to various body parts, to be blunt! I've tried hot water bottles, chemist wheat bags, the stick-on heat patches - you name it, I've spent money on it. The solution alluded me for years until now. As weird as it… Read more
sounds I have finally found body-site-specific-heating heaven with this company! Where do I start!

My husky has just had a cruciate operation and I have to do the warm/cold application to the limb to help with the healing process so I was searching around for a quality wheat bag that I could use in the freezer and in the microwave...and I stumbled upon these guys - and instead of ordering just for my pup, I was so impressed with the high quality and range available I ordered 2 more wheat bags for myself (am so so sooooo loving the Shoulder-Back wheat bag and the mitten wheat bag as it helps circulation in my hands in winter), and 1 for my mum who suffers severe neck issues and she adores it - she can walk around the house with it and not have to sit in one spot holding the heat to the affected area because it's made to fit that particular body part and still go about your day.
Now that I've personally used these products I feel excited to be able to recommend them, since I've had so much frustrating experience with heat packs that don't work or smell or keep costing money - and now I have hot and cold packs for the price of one, safe, reliable, completely functional, unscented (alternatively you can select lavender) and well-priced. No they aren't 'cheap' but given that they look and feel like they are going to last for ages and ages it's DEFINITELY money well spent. This Christmas I am getting my girlfriend's aging pup a large wheat bed bag and my 3 cats their own as well, plus my sister spends so much on those chemical heat patches so she can wear them to bed, now I can get her a safe and chemical free alternative that she can still fit to her neck and back while she sleeps.
I honestly could not ask for more, and it does feel good to buy Australian made and owned that's for sure!
