Excellent product for most gluten free baking and cooking – I think this is the best all-round gluten free flour blend available on South Australian shelves. It's not too heavy or light; it is good for thickening sauces; it makes lovely cakes and biscuits/cookies; it's great for desserts; it makes absolutely awesome pancakes especially. The flavour is not terribly different from that of wheat flour. My only grizzle is that the packaging is excessive. I just had to cut one bag about 5cm down and still hadn't really cut down far enough. That's at least 3cm too much plastic, and that matters to the planet.
