safe purchase – Purchased bike lift from Wholesale Superstore Islington N.S.W got it at good price and landed in my driveway in Adelaide in 6days then decided to get another jack and once again went to Wholesale S.S which wasn't the cheapest but at least I knew it was going to arrive in a timely manner and I know i'm not getting scammed
Cancelled my order, lied about the cancellation reason – Item I purchased was found to be not stocked. Wholesale Superstore cancelled my order and claimed "Buyer asked to cancel". This is a lie. Do not trust them.
Cast Iron Baths which Rust – We purchased a Cast Iron Bath from Wholesale Superstore for our main Bathroom. We had a delay with installation but the bath was stored in its original crate and unpacked until we hired a crane to install it. To our dismay when we unpacked it it had a chip and an enamel fracture which had rusted under the box containing the plumbing fixtures. We immediately contacted the store who advised us to clean the bath with Gumption. This was not successful and in any case we sent them a photo of the rusted chip with the surrounding enamel fracture flaring out and feared more rust would appear. The store finally agreed to a full Refund in writing and collected the Bath so it is now returned to the store. We are now told there was nothing wrong and no Refund of the $1,308.61 I paid for the Bath plus delivery. My advice don't buy one of these baths from this company. They've not been honest with Refunding as they said and are supplying second rate Baths which definitely appear to be faulty.
Sorry Rick C. but you didn't actually pay all the Courier costs. I was forced to accept the Return of the Bath only on the condition that the cost of the original Shipping would be deducted from my Refund and that was non negotiable. Any Cast Iron Bath crated properly and covered by a strong Tarpaulin as our was should not Rust. But ours did where something hard had been dropped on the Bath and fractured the enamel and we could not accept the offered discount to keep a Bath which would never be free of rust. The enamel had to have been too thin to begin with. It's taken 4 months for you to respond and you now seem very upset for which I am sorry but only now am I being told it could have been the Courier. There was no need to send me your message 6 times.

Hi Carol It would be nice if you actually stated the facts in your review
You purchased the bath on 10th December 2018 and contacted us on 31st January 2020 claiming you had an issue with the bath
We check every bath carefully before crating them for dispatch via courier - Full insurance is included We have sold 1000's of these baths over the years with nothing but 5 Star reviews
The damage occurred either by the courier in transit (for which we cannot claim insurance because of the time delay) or while the bath was in your possession for well over a year.
In any case, as a gesture of goodwill we accepted the return and paid for all the courier costs to have it returned to us
Not sure why you are falsely stating that you were not refunded – your refund WAS processed
