As a consumer of mostly organic products, I could not be more satisfied with the range and quality of products offered by Wholesome. Their communication with all aspects of a transaction are also commendable.

I searched thoroughly through my emails (including spam and archived folders) and could not locate any membership confirmation, renewal notice, or receipt relating to these charges.

When I raised this with the business, it took over two weeks and extensive back-and-forth communication to have most of the charges refunded. The process was time-consuming and stressful, and required persistence on my part to resolve.

While the majority of the money was eventually returned, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience caused.

I would recommend anyone who has purchased from this business to review their accounts carefully and ensure they are aware of any ongoing subscriptions.

This experience has left me very disappointed.

Be aware that when you sign up for a paid membership annual subscription even if you think you are only buying it once it will be charging you every year without any notice. year later and do not send a reminder email or an invoice for the payment so you don't even know they charged your card and they say we don't issue refunds once a payment is made. Their practice is not common as most other companies let you know in advance of the upcoming withdrawal from your account so you can cancel if you wish. I would not be a member again of this company after a very good year of discounted products and quite happy during that time only to discover their practice of taking your money without your ok. I contacted Westpac Card Services gave them the details of what occured and they gave me the money back, but generously from Westpac not Wholesome, so wholesome they are not, so unless you are happy to have them do this don't join up. I have cancelled my subscription but am yet to receive confirmation of this. I will contact my bank again to make sure they cannot charge my card ever again.

Always happy with wholesomes price and service. I have brought nut delight bars a fewxtimes now and they are always cheaper than anywhere else andcvery fast delivery. Would recommend

Both orders have been received very quickly, just days after purchase. Product is amazing and great price. Very happy and would definitely purchase again. Only negative is packaging. I don't need all the styrofoam.

Absolute scam - website added annual membership to my cart that I did not want and now they refuse to refund – Absolute crap scam site - the website automatically adds a membership to your cart and doesn’t charge you the day your order so you aren’t aware it’s happened - then a few weeks later they charge you an annual fee for the membership you never wanted !!!! And now they won’t refund me when I have zero intention of using the website again.

Transaction not authorised – Wholesome market sneakily charged a membership fee of $60 from my credit card without my authorization and don't want to refund me.

So excited to find an online health store that sells at wholesale prices! I placed my first order in the evening and it arrived the very next day! The Diego low carb wraps are my favourite. They price match if you find item cheaper elsewhere. They also include free gifts when you are a member. Very happy with all my orders and will continue to purchase from this store. Looking forward to seeing new products that are added too.

Convenient to shop online for all brands, at a great discount. Saves me time going to a bunch of different grocery stores / health food stores to find allergy friendly options!

Lions Mane powder is a must have – The lions mane powder is a great product. We put it in our coffee every morning and the benefits are really evident. My gut health is much better and my head doesn’t feel foggy any more. The wholesome products are great quality and value.

An excellent range of products, well priced – Such a fantastic range of products to choose from, excellent quality and choice. Prices are also considerably lower than any other site and everyday supermarkets prices. Delivery is fast and reliable. Great prices for great products – Great prices for products l use, up to 30% off retail prices. Would like a larger range of products, but they are introducing new products all the time, so I’m sure that will come in time.

Some people have complained here about membership fee, well you save that pretty quick unless you are a one order only person which is fair enough if that's all you want. I don't understand the negative reviews about membership it is quite clear and they do waive it for people with disabilities pensioners etc (you have to apply first). Maybe people get upset by a unexpected charge a year later and maybe wholesale could email that the membership is due for renewal soon? Maybe they do already I don't know.
