Broken items- ignored my emails – Received my order and it was broken, sent an email the same day with detailed photos and then another email about two weeks later, I never heard back from them.

Rip Off & Scam – Placed an order with Whysmoke at the beginning of August. Still waiting. I emailed them and phoned - phone is now disconnected. What a shame it takes so long to close down these thiefs. Kiss your money goodbye as your order won't arrive. From now on I will always check Product Review first.

Got caught as well – Should have checked the reviews first, my fault. Ordered and paid by credit card, over 2 weeks no items received. Won't respond to emails. Completely fraudulent don't order anything from them

Look out – Yep total scam did not get my order will never buy off net again 100 bucks up in smoke hope police get on to this site Do not order from here

Just crooks – A very dodgy dealer, land line and mobile disconnected and shop closed, kiss your hard earned money goodbye with this mob, do not buy from anyone online who is not a large reputable company, unless there is a Paypal option.

Waste of Time and Money – I placed and order for some supplies as this website was the only one that had what I wanted. After waiting 2 weeks I have tried to contact the store multiple times the phone number is disconnected. The ombusman is now getting a call as this is absolutely disgraceful.

Complete fraudulent rip off Takes your $$$ and doesn't supply goods – Do not use the website as they take your order and payment via credit card, then fail to dispatch goods, are uncontactable by phone and never answer emails. This is the most dishonest business in Australia and is ripping off the public with fraudulent business deals they never honour.

was given the kit I ordered but it broke in two weeks. It is too far to drive back and they are still uncontactable.

Items paid for but not recieved – BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!!! They take your money via credit card for your order. Do not send order, won't respond to emails and now the phone is disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Where's my unit?? – Nestly.. If I had one word to describe these guys it would be disorganised. and spoke to a young man twice who advised he had no idea if it had been posted and he would get the owner to call me. This was monday morning it's now tuesday night and I've heard nothing. So in summary I paid this mob $33 including express postage a week ago and have seen and heard nothing. Whats gets me is when people promise to call back and don't follow through. I live in the sydney metro area so I don't understand what they delay is. I suggest if you purchase something make sure you go to the shop personally and pick it up cause if its postage from experience you'll be waiting a while... Still waiting.

the car and headed over to the store. I was greeted by a tall bloke named Geoff who was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting myself a Evic starter kit and at first glance it seems quite large compared with the ego-twist I purchased in the beginning but the quality of the vape is worth the money I spent and the extra size/weight. Highly recommend this product.

They also have a huge range of E-Liquid flavour's to choose from. I think there would have been about 50-70 different choices.

Because I spent a bit of money in the store the guy said I could help myself to a couple of free 30Ml bottles :)

I took home my New Joytech Evic and a bottle of the Grape and Red Bull. I Really love the both of these. Really full and fresh vapes.

All in all I would recommend buying online or heading to the Whysmoke store to anyone who is considering getting into vaping or even to a vaping pro Low Prices, Friendly and helpful staff, great range, only store of its kind.
