Scam and completely wortyless customer service – I have tried to get the product I have ordered and paid for for a long time. Wicked Weasel has not been able to do this and their customer service gives no help at all. I addvise everyone to just stay away from this company. The commercial looks so great but the company, shipment, guarantees and customer service will turn you down and make your purchase a problem and a sorrow. I have now turned to Mastercard to try and get my money back.

Worst customer service!!! – They auto billed my account when I placed an order. Explained the situation, they didn't know how it happened and couldn't rectify the situation. Was told their computer was down and that I would receive a call back in an hour... they never called. Next day I call them, and the product was shipped out to the wrong address. Fast forward a few weeks and the postal company said it is delivered... called them and they said it isn't and won't help.

I've been a loyal customer for years and place several orders a year after this experience I will never order anything from them again.

Good. till it went american different sizes – my friends and myself have ordered products from wicked for a long time, almost since their beginning. They always used quality materials and catered to our smaller sizes. But now the website has used almost exclusively american women models and sizes, and we are bombarded with emails using larger american models, and not australian ladies at all. We have a much smaller overall size and the change is poor. You are diverted back to the australian webbut the sizes and clothes have changed. A shame we are now looking elsewhere.

Horrific Customer Service, absolutely disgusting! – If you dare to order anything from Wicked Weasel they are sure to screw up the order one way or another. Then when you try to return it they screw that up even more. You can send all the emails you want to try to clarify matters but they still don't get it right. Appalling. I am certain that everyone that works for this company is an air head.

Poor customer service - inability to adhere to company policy – I've never had an issue with their products, they are quality garments. This review is about customer service. Wicked Weasel has a company policy of delivery between 1-10 business days which is clearly outlined on their home web page. Considering purchases are made at this time of year for presents/gifts for Christmas, it is completely unacceptable that they cannot adhere to their own policy for delivery.

On the 1.12.17 I placed an order considering their delivery timeframe. I was advised that if an order was placed by close of business that day, delivery would be free. I placed two orders - one for a birthday present on the 16.12.17 which was within their delivery timeframe and another for a Christmas present, again within their delivery timeframe. On the 14.12.17 when the order had not arrived, I raised the question to be given a generic apology email stating that they were busy this time of year.

Since that time, I have sent a further two emails asking for an expected delivery date to be given the same generic apology email. Surely they would have anticipated being busy this time of year and made adjustments to manufacturing their products to comply with their delivery policy and keep loyal customers like myself happy. As at the 21.12.17, the delivery has not arrived and they cannot tell me when I can expect it.

I am absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service and feedback. I'll be taking my business to one of their competitors. Unfortunately and overseas company.
