something wrong about it now and even ShopBack when click on their link to do the purchase says bad merchant and not allow it to go through their site. I was given 2 separate links to pay one for the item and one for the price difference after months of waiting for reply to ask if can do in a lace top. No replies after 5 messages on the site or another 3 emails asking if has Australia currency available as they used to. I am concerned it has changed hands and something doesn’t seem right. Others are saying they are only offering very small compensation when they have sent wrong item and asked to keep as they also saying their is a high restock fee even when is their mistake. Like offering 35 to keep or return on a few 100 dollar items. If not able to pay through PayPal I don’t think is safe anymore and will take forever to try to get a chargeback on bank etc especially if they are a dodgy company has taken over or using their name, so don’t think I will do another purchase with them until it has changed back to what it used to be. mistake and should refund me whole payment. They keep refusing this and say I am best to hold onto it because it costs too much to ship, after 3 requests they will not send me the return details instead saying they have to deduct the cost for postage and handling from me? I did nothing wrong here, it is the wrong product but they refuse to refund it no matter what I say on the subject or copy and paste their returns policy back to them showing their promise to fully refund.

I would be surprised if they don't have wigs that match their advertisement and instead just send something vaguely like it (in my case colour) and use this method to secure payment from customers completely ignoring their policy.

It is a scam and avoid them at all costs their policies are all lies.

I will not do anymore busyness with this company as they are taking my money – This is about my 10th e-mail... I received my two wigs, the first on which was the red curly one had so netting on the front of the wig which does not look right. Worst wig ever, total rip off! You will lose your money! – I purchased a wig from this CHINA based company. The wig sent was NOTHING like that shown on the web site. Incorrect colour, length, not styled as in the photos and very poorly made. The hair was so thin you could easily see the mesh cap under it. I contacted the company immediately on receiving the wig requesting a refund. I was asked to forward photos of the wig and a reason for the complaint. I was offered $20 for a purchase over $300.00, or keep it and have my hairdresser fix it. I refused and continued seeking a refund. The refund then was 30% and eventually reached 60%. I had payed via Pay Pal, and thankfully Pay Pal has a resolution platform. Once Pay Pal was involved the refund was greatly increased and finally settled.

I had to pay for return shipping and did not receive a full refund, I am still out pocket.
