The arrogance from Wilson Parking in Brisbane is behind the joke . I urge people to use other parking facilities . The prices are over the top , the language is disgraceful and they look down on people . Stick your parking where the sun don’t shine !
We parked at Wilson parking 11 Exhibition street, Melbourne. What a disgusting company. Clearly it stated that parking was $17 out the front and when we came to collect our car they wanted to charge us $30. We even took photos to prove that this was the case. This carpark was trying to rip us off for the $30. Will not be parking at this venue again. Absolutely disgusting.
No overnight parking in the Perth CBD at all any more. Wilson rep advised this can be paid per hour, except you now also cant prebook it. Only 2 options for Overnight Parking: Subiaco and Vic Park.

I phoned Wilson Carparks on my return home and spoke with a customer service officer who was quite short with me and asked if I pressed the intercom button. How would anyone know to do that! She said she would email me a claim form. This did not happen. Wilson’s also kept the $19.24 ticket. Really disgraceful.

the Wilson employee said it was not as busy. I complied with his request and did my drop off. The next time I went to the bus area no buses there and was challenged by a Wilson employee saying I couldn't park there. I explained to him that this was the area I was instructed to set down and pick up. Every time I go there I get challenged and I explain why I'm here and no problems. The other day I went to pick up 4 passengers who came off a ship and was again challenged about parking there I explained again to the Wilson employee that I was told to pick up here. He was having none of this and told me he was in charge and that I couldn't park there even though there were no other vehicles there. This was Friday the 19th of December at around 9am. I feel that Wilson need to give better training so this does not continue to happen. Maybe I need to take it up with the cruise line to see if they have more luck than me if this behaviour continues.

changed, but drove in-drove out, with one less headache. Also, easy to leave, to get back to the Harbour Bridge and back to Newcastle. Some have said expensive, but having stayed at the Regis Hotel earlier in the week, with an on-site charge of $48, and no guarantee of a park, it's $51 charge for convenience and location to our Hotel was negatible. Great experience with Wilsons Parking – I booked parking at Southbank in Melbourne, but accidentally clicked on the wrong venue. Fair company – Very easy to deal with through the app. I accidentally used a different credit card to enter compared to what I paid with and got charged twice. Out of goodwill they rectified it and refunded for me, even though it was my mistake. I really appreciate that. Download the app as it makes things like this simple to sort out.

I have used Wilson Parking twice and on both occassions I prepaid. Then when I tap my credit card (the same card I prepaid with as per instructions) to exit I have been charged a second time and at a higher rate which means I have to spend my time chasing up a refund. Annoying to the maximum. Once is pretty poor, but twice makes me think there is a great annual profit in unclaimed refunds. First class intentional corporate scamming at it's best.
This is not the first time that we have booked a space and come in to find the place closed. This time I spent 40 mins double-parked on York St Sydney on Christmas Day calling Wilson Parking over and over trying to get in (after I was orebioked and pre paid online). getting out they basically scammed us and we couldn’t get out of car park we took nearly half an hour trying to get out of this st^pid car park making me trying to yell out my card details out to everyone behind me like that is so st^pid cause everyone could hear it. We had multiple people behind us because of them like fix your car park cause it’s honestly the nastiest car park ever. We also had two other lovely families trying to help us get out cause of this st^pid car park we all where freaking yelling at this ladie through a box because she couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t hear her cause the freaking box where u pay was cracked and trash we didn’t understand one bit of her. would not let us out for 30 minutes, and tried to tell us our card was invalid. Trying to get me to yell my card details out my window for everyone behind to hear. Pre booked parking for an event then charged me additional money as I used my banking app with the card which apparently encrypts the data which Wilsons can't match the data. Time for them to update their systems as many people don't physically carry their cards.
I prepaid 24hr parking on their app. The app had glitches and failed to book this for the 24hrs. Upon exiting instead of charging me $36 they stole $96 from me. I’ve tried getting this issue resolved and they won’t give my money back. I have no referred this to the ombudsman. Never again will I use their car park again
I Pre-booked a casual car park in Adelaide. When I arrived at the car park I found that the car park has no casual parking at all. Every car park is reserved. Not just the empty car parks. Every full car park was also reserved. They are selling car parks in a location that never has car parks available. So I had been 30 minutes early for my meeting but by the time I found a park elsewhere I was late and had to walk for 15 minutes.
Very frustrated They charge parking fees when u enter carpark no matters when u find parking space. The parking fees is in progress till u find parking. They also charge from their side no matters what it is written on sign board

Actually, it should be zero stars. The first parking garage (out of hundreds I used throughout the world) that requires payment in advance. The parking garage at City Road, Auckland, looks like a regular garage. We paid for our parking after we returned to our vehicle, entered the licence plate number, and exited by the green light. They send out letters BY regular POST to the house, which gets easily thrown out with the junk mail. No email, no phone, just a letter. $100 fine on top of the parking paid. Wrote an appeal letter, but apparently this is their business model to collect parking fines instead of actual parking fees. Never again, Wilson. I hope Karma will catch up with their management for conducting business in such a deceitful and dishonest way.

Scammers on the 24th June had a heart test booked at Calvary hospital spent lost time and was charged for exit fees even though no spots available have now run out of time for medical report and am going to lose my driver's licence thank you for your dodgy ethics I also tried to find my phone to call the hospital but was abused by other suckers who also were ripped off hope it proud of it scams

robbery, under law this behaviour is illegal to pressure a person to accept terms and conditions, don’t get me started on there robbery with park and ride you are forced to hand over payment details that is unlawful again pressuring you to accept outrageous terms and conditions, the business is a bunch of criminals operating on pressure acceptance of conditions that are not inline with consumer laws - ACCC has updated contract requirements and laws as of 2023 because this business has a relationship with the NSW government they think they can ignore the rules, not on my watch!

Entered and left the North Tce, Adelaide car park within the $12 early bird timeframe but was charged $30.41. There were also many strobing fluro lights on multiple levels and the stairwells were unhygienic.
Online booking is as easy as ABC. However, using the service is uneasy & can be frustrating too! Upon arrival in the carpark, the boom gate didn't lift up even I had inserted the credit card as I was instructed to do. The denial of my entry had banked up the traffic behind me.
During departure, I alerted the operating staff member before I picked up my car with the intention of easy leaving. However, when I reached at the boom gate my departure was denied by the staff member. I then had to repeat my bad experience of entry, finally I successfully could leave the car park.
I have no confidence in Wilson Parking Online Reservation!
