1 S.collier  · Unclear and nearly scam worthy pricing. Do book a bay only with them and get an hour either side of your parking time and use them as they abuse you.
1 Bishoy H.  · The 200 Queen St Melb parking is a nightmare. Very tight parking lots with no way for the driver to get out of the car unless double park
1 Linda  · Fraud charges – I dont drive live in Sutherland Shire and got charged 3 times on my Corporate Card
1 PReviewer  · Parked overnight sign said $22 swiped card and charged me $120 WTH Never ever will I park in there car parks
1 sonicmrsumo  · Double charge me for parking and then have the nerve to take 7 BUSINESS DAYS to investigate their error! Just outrageous and borderline criminal!
1 Charee T.  · Came in 5:12pm and was charged $22 instead of 8 as shown on their website and parking. Scammers!!! Absolute rubbish!!!! Wont park here anymore!!!!

Terrible experience!! I pre-paid $40 for parking at the Opera House. I left within the allocated time and was charged another $60 = $100 for parking. “Thanks, Wilson!” I submitted a complaint and supplied evidence, but apparently they can’t find my card payment. What a joke!! I’m going to cop it and move on—never again. Getting an Uber in and out of the city is cheaper!!!

Terrible app, doesn’t recognise pre paid fees. Recently prepaid $22, then was not let out. Was charged an additional $62 (in addition to my early bird rate of $22). App makes it difficult to complain and very difficult to talk to anyone. another time I parked for 10 Mins and was advised at checkout leaving there was no charge. Of course I was charged.

Wilson Parking can be very expensive experience at EShed, Fremantle. The signage clearly states all day parking for $12. By making the selection difficult for older people Wilson parking might bill you an hourly rate intead. In my case on 31st July I was billed $36 instead of the advertised price of $12 for all day. Come on Wilson parking,… Read more

Wilson Parking at 6-10 O Connell Street has a number of concerning issues which customers should be aware of . It is a stack car park and often at capacity. 1. The keys to all cars are left on the windscreen so it is strongly advisable not to leave valuable or indeed any items. Most stack carparks make arrangements for the security of car keys.… Read more

2. While attendants will park the cars (so as to stack) some refuse to retrieve cars which are sometimes difficult to extricate -one attendant said he would not help as there were car parks for less competent drivers. I explained some drivers were concerned about their insurance liability. 3. One attendant insisted on coming up and interrupting when I had a gate problem while I was talking to the intercom representative. The intercom representative agreed to open the gate and all was well. Next day the attendant came up and asked me to explain to him the issue. I had already as directed on the signs and in the terms and conditions spoke to Wilson’s representative. 4. His subsequent intervention (why?) apparently led to me being double charged next day despite me having both booked online both days and spoken to Wilsons by intercom twice with positive results . Strangely, this was the same attendant who refused to retrieve cars. 5. Wilsons did NOT issue a tax receipt for the disputed $89.00 double charge -it is not clear why not.Wilsons require a tax receipt to process requests for refunds. In fairness three days later I was notified a refund would be made. 6. The exit to this car park is about 3.3 metres and is sometimes obstructed. 7. For example Wilsons installed bollards which significantly narrowed the exit . I checked with the building manager and council but both were unaware of the installation. 8. Sufficient cars had difficulty exiting the stack car park for one of the bollards to be permanently pushed over (see photo) .I reported this issue to Wilsons in am incident report but had no response.

Absolutely disgusting company. We parked at 11 Exhibition Street, Melbourne because the sign said $17. When we came back to collect our car the machine said $30. We went through three different operators and got three different answers. We also have photo evidence to prove that parking is only $17. If this is how Wilson parking is going to… Read more

treat customers they can stuff there parking, next time I’ll catch public transport, at least we know what we’re getting. Bad form, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Do not park here - advertised prices only apply if you pre-pay online. You will be stung an absurd rate of $22 per hour otherwise. I parked overnight (4:30pm - 10:30am next day) and it cost me $180. I wasn’t able to dispute this as it was “charged correctly” according to their predatory hidden pricing.

Follow-up  · Signage - cheapest rate shown in large text, disclaimer about online-only discount not clear/prominent. Payment - tap card to get in, no mention of cost until you try to get out. Cost is calculated automatically when you tap the same card on the way out. The price is only shown the same moment you are charged. Access - easy, only car park in the area so unfortunately didn't think much of it.

Dirty and unhygienic – I’ve been using the car park 100 waymouth st Adelaide for the past year and it would have to be the dirtiest smelliest stairway I’ve ever come across. There are 2 lifts but one works and the other must be display only apparently has never worked.… Read more

The lift that does work breaks down a lot and to walk up 4or 5 flights of stairs is chore for some and you pay lots of money to park that’s not what a person expects. Then they decided to go cashless and have decide they will charge a fee for using a card. Great job guys. If it wasn’t for the convenience I wouldn’t be using it at all. So dirty that stains are in the lift which have been there for years I’ve been told. Maybe health inspectors need to see how bad this place is

Follow-up  · the site is disgusting still dirty and smelly. Lifts were out for nearly 6 months and they didn't even get the 2nd lift working. So nothings changed.

Sssshhh, secret!!! – Decided last minute to stay in Sydney the night of Pearl Jam Concert 1. Booked our park despite some terrible reviews posted (was with children and bags), and am so glad I did! Easy to find, first turn IS tight in a Kluger, but the parks were ample and plentiful. The communication with Wilson's on a whole, was swift, as our planned arrival time… Read more

changed, but drove in-drove out, with one less headache. Also, easy to leave, to get back to the Harbour Bridge and back to Newcastle. Some have said expensive, but having stayed at the Regis Hotel earlier in the week, with an on-site charge of $48, and no guarantee of a park, it's $51 charge for convenience and location to our Hotel was negatible. Would use again! (But don't tell everyone!!)..

Great experience with Wilsons Parking – I booked parking at Southbank in Melbourne, but accidentally clicked on the wrong venue. Then I paid with the wrong card on the way out and was charged a full day rate. All my fault. So I was billed twice. Chelle and Michael at the Wilson Parking Team were awesome. A few emails and a bit of proof of payment from me and they sorted it within days.… Read more

Very much appreciated.

And for those complaining about cost, pre-book online. My price was $19 online instead of $56 at the venue.

Fair company – Very easy to deal with through the app. I accidentally used a different credit card to enter compared to what I paid with and got charged twice. Out of goodwill they rectified it and refunded for me, even though it was my mistake. I really appreciate that. Download the app as it makes things like this simple to sort out.

Wilson parking Randwick - their tickets printed faded meaning the tickets wouldn’t scan properly, so people couldn’t leave the carpark. People tried the help button but whoever answered it was very unhelpful and arguing with customers. Not opening the boom gate even though it’s Wilson parking’s fault. This blocked the carpark for people entering and leaving. Such bad service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Watch out - these guys will happily create bureaucratic traps to collect double payment. Read the fine print. They will not refund a double payment - one customer service person suggesting that I didn’t park where I’d pre-payed (nonsense). Wilson - why can’t you use your powers for good instead of evil?!

Disgraceful treatment and lack of service. Blatant price gouging. Downloaded app specifically to use and happy to pay advertised price $31. Received receipt the next day and was billed $135. Refusing to refund. 1 start because zero is unavailable.

Wilson parking has zero customer service. In march i booked car parking online flexi at $45 rate which i prepaid before the day i parked and was charged. I put a query from their website and someone contacted me and asked for receipts and… Read more

some details which i provided. Since then no response, while i was waiting for response i had another meeting in the city at the beginning of May, this time i downloaded their app, prebooked the parking for same rate $45, i had my car rego everything saved in their app, paid $45 as it prepaid booking. On the day i parked same thing happened and was again charged second fee of $96. I again sent them email with all the receipts and incident what had happened. My last email to them was on 14/05/2026 and still no response. Wilson Parking you need to pick up your game here and stop stealing from your customers or at least explain what had happened. Ignoring your customers is the great. I have another meeting next week and obviously i will be looking for alternatives as I would not want to pay to someone does wrong thing and don't even bother to llok at the issue for their customers. For some reason i couldn't attach both the receipts in this review but I have all the proof and can Provide.

We parked at Wilson parking 11 Exhibition street, Melbourne. What a disgusting company. Clearly it stated that parking was $17 out the front and when we came to collect our car they wanted to charge us $30. We even took photos to prove that this was the case. This carpark was trying to rip us off for the $30. Will not be parking at this venue again. Absolutely disgusting.

I have used Wilson Parking twice and on both occassions I prepaid. Then when I tap my credit card (the same card I prepaid with as per instructions) to exit I have been charged a second time and at a higher rate which means I have to spend my time chasing up a refund. Annoying to the maximum. Once is pretty poor, but twice makes me think there is a great annual profit in unclaimed refunds. First class intentional corporate scamming at it's best.

100000% a 0 star rate on this car park cause it is absolutely trash. You have to go down and up the same ramp and people can easily crash and if you have a big car like we do than it’s gonna be a really tight squeeze because the car park so freaking small and we hit the top of our roof of our car in car park that’s how small it is. getting out they basically scammed us and we couldn’t get out of car park we took nearly half an hour trying to get out of this st^pid car park making me trying to yell out my card details out to everyone behind me like that is so st^pid cause everyone could hear it. We had multiple people behind us because of them like fix your car park cause it’s honestly the nastiest car park ever. We also had two other lovely families trying to help us get out cause of this st^pid car park we all where freaking yelling at this ladie through a box because she couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t hear her cause the freaking box where u pay was cracked and trash we didn’t understand one bit of her. This car park is definitely not recommended by our family and other families who where behind us. If you do go to this car park just be aware of what will happen. But if you where us just stay away cause it’s soooooo trash.

-1000 stars this is a horrible car park. If you are in the city STAY AWAY. You claim “best park rating online” BUT the car park is so small, looks big but we hit the sign because of how low the roof is inside, the corners are so small and tight, and not good for lots of cars. A man behind me had to get out of his car and come help me because the lady would not listen. I had to give the d*mbass my actual number so I could give her my car details. the Wilson employee said it was not as busy. I complied with his request and did my drop off. The next time I went to the bus area no buses there and was challenged by a Wilson employee saying I couldn't park there. I explained to him that this was the area I was instructed to set down and pick up. Every time I go there I get challenged and I explain why I'm here and no problems. The other day I went to pick up 4 passengers who came off a ship and was again challenged about parking there I explained again to the Wilson employee that I was told to pick up here. He was having none of this and told me he was in charge and that I couldn't park there even though there were no other vehicles there. This was Friday the 19th of December at around 9am. I feel that Wilson need to give better training so this does not continue to happen. Maybe I need to take it up with the cruise line to see if they have more luck than me if this behaviour continues.

Pre booked parking for an event then charged me additional money as I used my banking app with the card which apparently encrypts the data which Wilsons can't match the data. Time for them to update their systems as many people don't physically carry their cards.

I prepaid 24hr parking on their app. The app had glitches and failed to book this for the 24hrs. Upon exiting instead of charging me $36 they stole $96 from me. I’ve tried getting this issue resolved and they won’t give my money back. I have no referred this to the ombudsman. Never again will I use their car park again
