To all considering parking at Wilson car parks because there are many of them and they look cheap, 2 recent experiences suggest great caution is needed. On the first occasion I was charged an extra $36 for overnight parking in Sydney over the prepaid $22 because I used my phone instead of the physical card to enter and exit the car park. This $36 was eventually refunded. On the more recent occasion I paid $95.88 ($25 prepaid and $70.88 extra on leaving) for overnight parking on a Saturday night. This time I used the physical card but was advised that I had only booked for 30 min when I paid $25. When I pointed out this was absurd and that I had entered the following day for exit the response was to refer to their records without consideration of my arguments. I will wear this but never park in Wilson again and have advised them that I would post on social media when I queried the excessive fee. Be very careful with this company

I have been charged $120- for an 1 hr and 23 stay at Wilson Car Park @ 530 Collins Street Melbourne. I checked in & out via Credit Card and was supposedly charged this amount due to not having a Non-Validated Ticket. I believe that the fact that I checked in and out by credit card is validation and hence the fee is unreasonable, and I should have only been charged the cost of a 2 hr stay = $40. does anyone else have an opinion on this matter.
