Wiltshire Dual Electric Salt & Pepper Mill

Disappointed – I was excited to receive this as a gift but unfortunately from the start the salt grinder hasn't worked. We've changed batteries and salt but nothing has helped. I don't have the receipt as it was a gift. What can I do? Update: I did receive a replacement but that too didn't work. Both went in the bin. A pity because the concept is good.

Don’t waste your money – I wish I had’ve read the reviews on this product before I purchased. What a waste of money. I had to change the batteries after 2 months then it completely died 2 weeks later, never to work again. Extremely disappointed.

Stopped working – We have had this wiltshire salt and pepper grinder since last Christmas as a present from our son. We thought it was so good we bought one for a friend of ours. Unfortunately it has now stopped working after less than 12 months. I thought it was just the batteries but I have tries 2 different sets and no luck. I am not happy as it wasn't cheap and a pain to try and go through the replacement process.

Rubbish – Not the first Wiltshire S & P grinder I've bought, but certainly the last!! Hoped that, over the years, they would have made a reliable product that actually worked when you push those buttons. Expensive lithium batteries, el cheapo batteries, makes no difference!! Absolute waste of money. I've spent enough money on Wiltshire products over many years....no more.

Electrical fault – Inserted top range new batteries, ( yes , right way ) one side worked, other no, then unit became VERY hot and cooked batteries? ( magnetic induction? )I noticed that inserting batteries they became magnetised to central core.

Used to Trust Wiltshire Brand – I have always regarded Wiltshire products as excellent quality and totally reliable. So I am very disappointed that this product excellence is no longer true with the dual non electric salt and pepper mill. It grinds the salt side as it should but the pepper side is hopeless. makes it worse is, I paid cash at BigW and because I thought I could rely on the wiltshire name I did not keep my receipt. I can't get a refund or exchange $23.99 or $21.99 (cant remember which} totally wasted. Looks like another good brand can no longer be trusted for quality products. Don't buy it and if you buy Wiltshire keep your receipt!
