Best poached egg – I have never been able to successfully poach an egg. I followed instructions & had a perfect poached egg. No more faffing about with whirlpools! I'm impressed & looking forward to more poached eggs for brekkie in future.

Don’t even bother – A wasted purchase which we instantly regretted. The eggs come out a weird and unattractive shape, pretty wet and soggy, and these are no better than other techniques. They’re a bit faffy to use and if you need to do multiple eggs it can take ages so you could end up overcooking the first one if you lose track of which is which. They’re also not reusable so a waste of paper.

Complete waste of time – Useless invention, messy and more time consuming than using just conventional methods. More items to wash up - why bother. Just use a saucepan or frying pan with boiling water. No need to add anything - job done.

Amazing – Like many others I have never been able to get my poached eggs to look as good as the tv chef's do. T.hese little bags are fantastic. Now my eggs look great and they are so easy to do. BIG THANK YOU Wiltshire for a great product.

Not much to it – Wiltshire Egg Poaching Bags is one of those products out there that whether you use it or not there is not much difference. results. These are the reasons why:

- The bag does not hold the egg in properly. When I took it out of the glass container to put it into the cooking pan with bubbling water half of the egg white went through the bag therefore you end up wasting a lot off egg, and yes I did that immediately after cracking the egg.

- The bag does not seal, the instructions say to 'grip both flips together' but there is no actual mechanism to do it so you end up with an open bag that if it tilts your egg comes out anyway.

- Once it was ready to take it out I noticed that both bags with eggs were stuck to the bottom of the pan, something that would be avoided with the traditional method by swirling the water first.

Since this product does snot offer any advantage and I won't be buying it again.

Amazing Poached Eggs – I have tried an expensive scan-pan, a cheaper egg poaching pan, an egg shaped microwaveable poacher and many fool-proof recipes to endeavour to make perfect poached eggs, none very successfully. Then I stumbled on these little bags in the supermarket and as they were cheap, thought I may as well try them. best invention since the egg – I Love these little bags they are amazing. They cooks the best poached eggs I have ever eaten, so easy, no mess, works every time. I would never fry a egg again.they are cheap . I paid $6 for a packet of 20 bags.It took just 5 minutes for the perfect poached egg.I salt and peppered it before I cooked it.
