Wiltshire Soft Grip Garlic Press

I can't believe this garlic press exists – I would love to have a photo of the garlic press I bought for you. Just opened it now from the packet and it has no grid at all to press the garlic through. Just a large hole. Thought I was going mad. Was this some kind of Mensa puzzle? No. Just a complete unfunction tool. How did this get made?
Not Fit For Purpose – I bought the more expensive ($15) Wiltshire garlic press from Big W and boy do I regret doing so. It is poorly designed to the point that garlic chunks escape from the top of the device and very little crushed garlic comes out the bottom. The crush handle is very rickety, having a lot of sideways movement.
Good Afternoon Phil, I do apologise for the inconvenience ,could you please contact me on the following email to discuss. hwenquiries@fackelmann.com.au

Do not buy this product - Useless!!! – I bought this product from woolies, i was in a rush, the product was cheap & needed a garlic press for my recipe & I regret every dollar I spent! This product is horrible, the garlic gets stuck around the press and the little metal insert and it’s a struggle to even close the handles together as it bends sideways so you can’t press the garlic to its fullest. I’ll never get my money back from this dudd purchase so I really hope Wiltshire quickly comes to their senses and discontinue this product immediately!

Worst garlic press – This garlic press is horrendous. All it does is press the garlic into a garlicky pulp that you then have to scrape out of the basket with your fingers. Then you have to either eat garlic pulp in your meal, or chop it up with a knife to actually use it. And then you have fingers that smell like garlic for three days. Never buy it.
Does the job, but could be better designed – This garlic press does the job. Steel construction should mean excellent durability, but the steel doesn't extend all the way up the plastic handles. So there is a risk that the handles will break off. There are two problems with the design of the removable screen/basket, which is promoted with the questionable claim that being removable makes it easier to clean.
First, the basket is deeper than the plunger can reach. So not all of the garlic gets squeezed out.
Second, the basket doesn't extend as far as the bottom of its cradle. To remove all the pressed garlic from the screen you have to poke in with a knife, or remove the basket so that you can scrape the screen clean.
