Couldn’t run a bath this company sends you a text once a week to change delivery dates! You cannot call them at all on the 1300 as it only does a chatbot and then hangs up! It is a total farce and scam please I appeal to anyone stay clear away from Winning Services for your own sanity they are totally of the grid and any customer service is non existent please beware.

Ben and Adam went above and beyond to deliver my huge massage chair through a very narrow hallway. The guys took their time to carefully strategise what looked like an impossible angel and happily set up the chair exactly where I needed it. Super grateful- give these guys a raise!!

Almost no customer service. Begin with the unempathetic call centre. I understand it's a stressful job. But they don't want to deal with you when there's a problem, your call will be tossed around until you lose your patience. 0 to 100. Obviously there's a problem that cannot be resolved itself and you're calling multiple times multiple days, and they promise you to call you back and send you an email but nothing comes in. YOU need to keep chasing them to get an update. Even though it's their fault for all of this time wasting mess, they absoultely cannot give you a window of appointment. So they still expect you to waste another whole day just waiting for technition for possibly less than 10min visit. When you purchase a certain product from a certain company you don't really have a choice most of the time. Recommend to avoid this company in future if you can(Simple delivery was totally fine just installation). Really wish i didn't have to deal with this.

DISGRACEFUL 5 months NO customer service – The epitome of disgusting customer service. … On the 9th of April I purchased an Esatto Heat Pump Dryer on Ebay from Aplliances online. 10th of April I got and email from Winning Appliances saying it would be delivered to my address on the 11th. would arrive on the 12th. Waited home all day, NOTHING AND no response to my communication On the 16th same message again but I couldn't stay home from.. work again. I had to leave at 3 to come home and relieve the delivery but I couldn't have it installed as paid for as I had to get back to work. Started the appliance and it clunked like a lawn mower. Reported the problem. I asked for exchange bit they don't do that like Bunnings, or Harvey Norman, or Goodguys. I had to wait for someone to come and REPAIR IT! And make sure I didn't damage it! Even though it was brand new. They claimed I didn't have it installed as planned! Excuse me! I waited home for 2 full days to have it installed but you didn't provide the goods and then had to leave work to receive it! And then I heard nothing.. for 5 months!!!!!! Finally I got a call from Esatto saying they were going to provide and exchange and I should wait for Appliances online to contact me.. 10 days later Winning services contacted me They offered exchange or refund. I asked for an exchange.as i can't be without a dryer. Sorry you can't have exchange we don't have one!!! What?! Why offer then!?
So they arranged pick up . I waited home all day but had to pick the kids up from school...I was gone 7 minutes.. they picked it up then. No confirmation email, no text but I do have them.on CCTV as I wouldn't put it past them to steal it and say they don't have it.. STILL no confirmation it has been collected 3 days later! I contacted them to ask for refund so I can buy another. Ignored me I wrote a negative review in Product Review and received a response saying please contact us so we can sort this problem for you. So I did...the response was disgusting!!! Being me! I have never had such a disgraceful experience with a company.. They are the absolute pits. I will never buy from them again. ..Appliances online, Winning appliances, the manufacturer?? No one is responsible! So now I have no dryer or money.
I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs and due to their rudeness using every avenue available to address this appalling issue. Victoria is a complete embarrassment on top of all else. She claims the refund has been processed and it's my bank's fault! It has not been processed at all. Paypal would record a refund

Last week, Sunny Muftii and his driver delivered our very large fridge. What a fabulous effort from both men. They initially measured every possible route to the fridge space, and then had to manually lift it over a large step with millimetres to spare. Mission accomplished. These men were both professional yet friendly. I cannot recommend this service too highly. Thank you so much.

For the second service visit, which involves replacing a part on my bike, I have once again been scheduled within my unavailable time. Upon calling Winnings to request a cancellation and reschedule outside the 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM window, I was informed that I could select a specific time slot—if I paid a premium. This clearly indicates that their system is capable of accommodating scheduling preferences. I guess I will have to just keep trying, statistically I should eventually get a time that is not between 12h00 and 2pm??.

Amazing delivery – I have never written a good review for a delivery company but this was outstanding. Had such a good delivery service. It’s next level. Multiple updates. They carried a ridiculously heavy ice bath down 3 flights of steps. Even took away the heavy crates and packaging without me asking So impressed. paid for a second sink. They took pictures of the newly opened box and the damaged sink so I could get a refund. But Winnings didn’t want to know - said AOL is a “separate company “. and to contact them. I tried them and was informed I must have caused the damage. I am a 54k older woman who could never have moved the heavy delivery box from where it was left. I was given the runaround by these companies for about three weeks before my persistence paid off. Great delivery experience – I had a delivery today with jet and the other delivery guys. It was the best delivery experience I have had. Jet was polite, friendly and accommodating when bringing n the goods. Nothing was a bother to him. Highly recommend. Prompt, friendly, helpful – Naresh and his colleague arrived on time, quickly delivered the dryer, and removed the old one as requested. Even gave me a few tips about using a heat pump dryer, and adjusted it to fit neatly under the counter in the laundry. I've been ordering from Appliances Online for many years, had many deliveries, and never had a single problem with them.
Very Professional and Helpful Service – Very friendly and helpful and installed my washing machine and took away the old one. Advised time frame they would be arriving and kept me up to date with ETA. Couldnt faultt this service an have no hesitation in recommending them.

Underwhelming – I bought a replacement insinkerator from Appliances Online and paid an extra $300 for installation. When the technician arrived, I pointed out that the new unit was slightly larger than the existing one and that a small section of shelving under the sink would need to be trimmed out. that I'd need a cabinet-maker to come out. I pointed out that the section that needed removing was small - maybe 2cm x 5cm, but he said he couldn't help. He then gave me a quote for a further $260! Whilst that amount seems extortionate, what was even more exasperating was the casual manner in which I was told that I'd need to make two new appointments to get the work done.
I happened to have an aircon tech at my place at that time. He was quite bewildered, and said it was a 2 minute job and that if he'd had a jigsaw in his truck he'd have done it for me on the spot.
Appliances Online agreed that this was unsatisfactory and refunded my $300. I've made arrangements for another company to do the work in a single visit.
I've had Winning Services install dishwashers and laundry appliances without problems, but it seems that something like this is beyond them.
