Absolutely Terrible. Ordered Merchandise for teams competing interstate. Was not completed by agreed delivery date, I graciously gave them more days, order still arrived late and was not complete. We did not receive all the merchandise we needed prior to travel. No communication from the company regarding their failure to supply, no phone calls or emails. So disappointing

I asked for a refund which they agree to but I needed to pay for postage.

How is it that I need to wear the return cost for an item I didn’t purchase.

The company ceased contact when I mentioned to them what I was requesting was within my rights as a consumer and not unusual.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Terrible company – Communication was prompt prior to completing the sale then once they received our money that's when they became so hard to get a hold of and we haven't received our order that we placed on 12th September. lied to about when production of our items will start and be sent to us. Further, upon asking for a refund, they persuaded us into following through with receiving our order but with a partial refund for the extreme delay and lack of service. We still have not received our money back or the items we ordered. Absolutely appalling company to deal with, please do not order from them.

Worst uniform supplier in Australia – We ordered vests for our company, paid the upfront bill.. (lots of money), the communication was terrible to begin with. the embroidery samples were of terrible quality, finally we had enough and asked for the vests to be sent without the logo.. That was 2 weeks ago, have not heard from them since.. DONT DO IT PEOPLE.

Do not order through these people – These people will blame you for their poor business management skills, hang up on you, lie directly to their customers and withhold your money and products. My business is almost having to go through a solicitor to receive our money back after no goods were received 3 months after the invoice was paid. DISGUSTING

Not the best – I usually take a medium to large, depending on the brand. I ordered a large and received a large by the label but it was more an XL. I am a fit body shape and the shirt fitted well around the shoulders but was much too big around the waist. Disappointed, so they will be used in the shed and yard instead of going out casual wear. Made in China and cheap, so I guess I get what I pay for.

Fast delivery, good quality – I ordered 2 plain polo shirts for work and they arrived 4 days later, which I am very pleased with. The shirts look exactly like they do in the photos and I am happy with the price and quality. Only issue was they forgot to put my unit number on the address, but I was contacted by my local post office and was able to retrieve the parcel. 4/5 stars

Poor service, poor comms, poor everything – Failed online ordering, delivery and communications for nearly a year re: Winning Spirit Warehouse. this brand, the stitching was less than great and if these were made in their control, could it be improved, although not deal breaker. This request appeared to upset them, and receiving my feedback was not welcomed.

Order to Winning Spirit Warehouse 30 June 2019. Finally cancelled 14 April 2020. Refund late April 2020.

A total of 9mths and 2 weeks passed between accepting my online payment and order, to them finally cancelling the order, and even longer for the refund to be forthcoming. I still would have preferred the order to be filled and delivered, but maybe this company is so overwhelmed in orders for product they felt no need to fill my order, or follow with prompt email replies to my constant inquiries for delivery updates.

Even though the product Australia Industrial Work-wear Cotton Drill with Reflective strip x 5 was in need of manufacturing improvements, it was fair value for the price.

Unfortunately, the supplier / reseller Winning Spirit Warehouse service & respect to customers is in the toilet.

received my order. They said they would get straight onto it. They billed me in July, I paid. In August 2019 I finally received my order, but it had the wrong details on it completely. It was not my business name. I called them several times before resorting to using my landline to get someone to answer. I explained the situation and asked them if they would like to organise a courier to get the incorrect shirts back. They said no, and would soon supply me with the correct shirts. By November 2019, I hadn’t received the correct shirts so I emailed them (as they weren’t taking my calls) and asked them for a refund. They agreed to have it done within a week. At the end of December I sent them another email asking if they needed anything from me in order to get the refund. No response. Now it is February 2020. I sent them yet another email last week, asking if they need anything from me to organise the refund. I still haven’t heard anything back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are rude to deal with on the phone and do not deserve any custom. Appalling!

price is not too bad. I ordered 10 pieces of polo shirts to start with, they asked postage for $15.00.

After a week, there was no email of delivery dispatch from the supplier. I texted the costumer service number, they replied by saying they will send it. Ten days later, still no sign of delivery. I texted again, the costumer service answered, they have priority costumers. Lucky I used PayPal to purchase online. My experience with the Winning Spirit Warehouse might not be the same with other online buyers. For me it is scary, what if I ordered a lot for the whole club uniform? If you want to order a bulk amount of Winning Spirit Shirts, better find somewhere else because this "Winning Spirit Warehouse" is not very reliable supplier don’t waste your money with them. Im afraid that they are not real warehouse because there is no reply address.
