Don’t buy! They don’t respond to emails, the money back guarantee is a lie. The sheets don’t work, the fragrance can’t be good for you, it lingers on silicon utensils. I asked them what the fragrance ingredient was and again I was ignored.

Absolutely garbage product and extremely overpriced. The dishwasher sheets don't work (I used the recommended amount). The dishwasher stopped working each time I used the sheets. poured out of the dishwasher to the point where loud beeping sounds were heard because the dishwasher was malfunctioning. We called an appliance repair company and when we said what we used, our warranty would be voided if we proceeded. Upon further investigation we have found warnings about using these sheets due to the same problem we faced.

The toilet paper is substandard in quality and not the large size they claim to be. Paying over $70 for roughly 35 rolls is unheard of and absolutely a ridiculous a rip off!

If you read other reviews, they tend to remove negative but genuine feedback from their reviews. This is deceitful.

Just because you run a "sustainable" company doesn't mean anything. The product has to work! You don't get an automatic tick because you advertise clean and sustainable. Do better or don't do business. You're ripping off consumers and you shouldn't be in business.

Not good – DO NOT BUY I was looking for a non-toxic dishwashing tablet and went overboard and bought heaps. I’m so disappointed that they do not work and clean my dishes. Overall I was trying to email them every day and have not heard back from them yet. I still get their subscription email replies. They say 100% money back guarantee yet they’re totally blowing me off and ignoring me.

These do not work!!! – I have been wanting to use these and want to make these work to reduce the plastics however; these do not work - agree with other reviews most of the dishes had to be re-washed which also wastes water!!! Not GREEN at all

Doesn't work at all – Wanted so badly to love the dishwasher sheets and they're terrible. I have a new, great dishwasher, all the filters are cleaned, and my glasses come out cloudy, cereal baked on during drying, peanut butter oil still on knives, has stained my tea cups, etc. We were too slow on returning but sadly they just don't work. Can't wait to use them up (after rinsing everything first and hand washing half my stuff ) and back to buying Finish.

The worst dishwashing sheet ever – It can't even remove coffee stains. I attempted using a full sheet, thinking that half a sheet might not be sufficient, but it still didn't work. Moreover, its residue ends up all over the dishwasher and plates. I have to handwash everything again after the cycle. It's simply a waste of money! I really wish I had read honest reviews here before making the purchase.

I try to reduce water usage. The dishes didn’t have baked on or a lot of debris but this product did not clean. The laundry items were seemingly clean but didn’t have a fresh clean smell and feel….basically I would have had the same outcome if I had put the clothes in a rinse and spin cycle without any cleaning agent. Great idea but still needs a lot of work to perfect.

Is it even dishwashing detergent? – Thought I would try the dishwashing detergent to be eco-friendly, and always looking at supporting Australian businesses. This was a major fail! Definitely not buy again. I would ask for a refund if they gave us that option. Have a whole pack that I want to throw out now. Waste of money!

Terrible company don't recommend – Placed and order and was charged twice received half of the order. I had to beg and plead for weeks to be refunded for the extra money that was taken. It's 3 months later and I am still waiting for a refund or one of the products to be sent. I don't recommend no one should have to bed for there money to be returned when it wasn't meant to be taken in the first place.

Best laundry sheets – Myy favorite. They have a very nice soft scent and wash my clothes really nicely. Shipment was fast and easy. Would love them a bit more if they would be produced in Australia but I think it is a great product!

Love the product – I'm obsessed! They smell beautiful very easy to use no plastic in sight and love that they are eco friendly. I can't get enough of the amazing frgance and they get everything as clean as any other detergent. I've also found that it's great with pet hairs!

Toilet paper NOT female friendly – Toilet paper disintegrates on contact with moisture so is not female friendly. I am just trying to get through the one box that I purchased. Great for the sewerage system but not for ladies.

brush set would be sent out to compensate for the delay. Well the order finally arrived after multiple “shipping” delays, but many days after it was supposedly dispatched with a courier. And just like another reviewer, no brush set in the parcel, nor have I received one. I messaged them on messenger and emailed. I still have not received any response. I also was not sent any email asking me to review their products. On closer reading about their products, I’ve realised the toilet paper is not made in Australia and the laundry sheets are made in South Korea! Surely laundry consumables which are eco friendly could be made here? I questioned why their products were made there on their Facebook site, and was verbally attacked by one of their childish followers (who I believe is attached to the company in some way) and my comment about their products was deleted. If you want honesty, transparency and a company that honours its word, look elsewhere. This is just another start up cashing in on the trendy eco movement. They have no commercial ethics, and sell more products imported from overseas. As a side note, the toilet paper was no different to others on the market, the rolls are actually smaller, and the laundry sheets gave an average wash with cheap smelling fragrance.

On June 28th the company that promises same or next day dispatch advised our goods were ready to go and I would receive email when enroute. Neither that email nor the goods arrived. I became rather fed up and wrote to cancel my order early on July 5th, I received no response but casually clicking around I saw that magically my delivery was with a courier. I had not received warning and the next day I received an email saying that they couldn’t refund as the goods were on their way. Pretty dodgy but oh well. The box of toilet paper arrived, no dish brush set. I advised them and they told me that had been sent by post (which it was a few days later). I noticed the TP box was smaller than the last one so opened it up to find that the rolls were a smaller size, not in the much heralded decorative wrapping and the sheets nowhere near the former quality. I requested a refund but again there was no response so I decided to lower my blood pressure by making alternative arrangements for them. I wrote cancelling that request, expressing sympathy for what seems to be a very hard time on their end, disappointment in their poor attempts at subterfuge and said if they removed my original review of the product I would leave it there. My original rave review is still there. I wrote another which they did not publish (do not believe 100% of people recommend the bamboo TP!) so I have been forced to come here. The new incarnation of the bamboo TP will shred you and smear that rather than wipe. Something has gone very wrong but you shouldn’t be the one paying for that so don’t.
