Treating to take you on court is not working for me – And the "saga" with WME is not finish yet. co-manager's whom supported the campaign and we stopped receiving our reports. I have since read that the group WME was a part of had been sold to anther organization whom don't appear to have any history in marketing.

What I have found out in the last week has shocked me and I am seeking legal advice. I have engaged another agency to help me and what they have uncovered is horrifying, from December 2020 until January 2021 not a single piece of work has been done on my account from a technical perspective. Our key words have tanked (apparently WME have a private network where they build internal links to help boost results for SEO). What hurts is I still paid my invoice each month even though they dropped the ball and now I find out that they didn't do any work.

A quick search on LinkedIn shows that in the last 4 months a significant amount of their staff have left the business and have not been replaced, when you read the media reports about the parent company results you can see that revenue is down, as is cost, to me it looks like the business is on life support and at any moment could crash leaving hundreds more like me with no choice but to find an alternative.

My advice is buyer beware, this is no longer the company it once was and I don't believe it will be around for much longer.

savings could be made if both SEO and Adwords campaigns were carried out in synergy to improve quality scores. With anything up to 20qty quality quote requests and contact forms arriving in our inbox every day WME have made our online profile work for us, not vice versa.

correct avenue to engage potential buyers with.....which was also her first recommendation. Reading some of the reviews on here I can’t help but wonder how many more business owners are laying the blame elsewhere when they should be looking at themselves.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS ON THE MARKET – About 3 or 4 years ago.. i signed up with these guys as I had started a brand new business and built my own website and did as much SEO as I could on my own.. but still wasnt ranking well. and initially we really optimistic this will help pull our rankings from page 25 of google rankings to some where near the front.... i had asked what WME intended to do for the first 3 months... was promised they would do key word research, and then on site optimisation of my website etc etc etc.....3 months in.... nothing had changed on my website... since i built my own website i knew it inside out... i could not see ANY evidence of ANY optimisation work... suspecting that WME were not even logging into my website to do any work, i turned on audit log to track logins etc.. WME hadnt bothered to log into my account using the user name password i created. Clearly they were NOT doing anything. I challenged WME about this. They denied it and said they were doing onsite Optimisation etc etc and had new content written and drafts ready to go to send to me to approve... never happened... during that time my account manager was changed a number of times.... my fustration grew and i tried to get WME to substantiate and prove they were actually doing work as promised. They could not prove it. I finally disabled their account to see if they would notice. They didnt. When asked about progress they kept feeding me the same line.... yes they are working on it. progress is good etc.. meanwhile my ranking had not moved one single bit...6 months in i had enough told WME i want out and im breaking the contract.

they refused. Said if was to break the contract i would have to pay it out. I refused. They threatened me and said i need to honour the contract etc. I eventually took them to NCAT and won.

I was able to break contract. These guys are straight out liars and scammers. Dont go there
