I'm getting a lot of conflicting financial numbers on this forum. Can anyone tell me a ballpark PCM figure WMEGroup would charge to run a facebook/instagram account if I was looking to boost sales and exposure?

Why do the only positive reviews on here have exactly the same format? Also, look at the statistics graph, it goes from a 1 Star average for a long time to a big jump to 4 stars within a space of few months. Can anyone explain this?

These guys have their reviews turned off on their google listing and manipulate their ratings elsewhere. Stay away mate. Worst place in Australia. Criminals

Massive fines have been given to companies like these guys from the ACCC. Thinking about reporting them. Only need to Subpeona these companies, and prove they are fake and it will be a insanely large fine

Ive sent the graph and a sample of the reviews to the ACCC for a review. Maybe if you spent the time attending to clients needs rather than responding to and trying to be the good guy in public forums than you wouldnt have so many negative reviews.

Update: Still no reply or contact from anyone. Was easily the worst customer experience I've had, now it is actually beyond belief. This is a good forum to keep people updated as to what actually happens with this company. Unlike Google reviews the negative reviews cant be pushed back in relevancy or deleted.

I noticed this too, all the positive reviews seem extremely similar. It's pretty obvious this company are crooks. I only hope people considering SEO or web development read this before getting ripped off like us.

Update: Still no reply regarding refund. I received a progress report from them even though they have done no work.

These guys damaged my website and wasted weeks of my time and charged me along the way. I canceled the contract and they stopped working. Nearly a year later they have brougt a debt collecting agency to try to get me to pay the remaining time of the contract. Lucky i reported the ACCC when i did. Stay away from these guys, do not sign there contracts. These guys attempt to use this well written contracts as a wepon against small businesses. If only there websit content writing had the same level of effort.....

Hi all, after assisted mediation from the Victorian Small Business Commissioner we are nowhere. WME wants to continue providing service to my company for which i need to continue paying the contract! i don't think so!. i just submitted enquiry on the Stacklaw website if they want to run a class action and refer them to this review website and see the volume of customers affected by WME. I hope they will take this on. how is everyone else progressing with their claims?

I am currently going through Victorian Small Business Commissioner for an arbitration. My next step will be VCAT. I am happy to join a class action against them.

Hi, I have also filed a claim with The Victorian Small Business Commissionaire. They have officially contacted WME but so far haven’t heard any respond. I have also found class action lawyers but haven enquired yet - Stacks Law. I am thinking whether to go actually this route and recover the fees that we paid and got bad service and not what we were actually promised.

Have you guys progressed with class action yet? Happy to join!

I am still getting billed by these guys after two months of getting passed around from account manager to account manager. Now [Name Removed] was meant to call me back...But nothing! I have submitted paperwork (email trail) to local contract specialist lawyers and waiting on official reply. Based on our conversation over the phone, it seems i have a very strong case though! I hope we can sort this mess out finally! Hows everyone else progressing?

Another thing I have also been doing is asking "A Current Affair" to run a story on WME group via Twitter (@acurrentaffair9). If more people joined it may help a bit!

@Eddie, I am thinking exactly the same thing. Current Affair is a good option to let Australia know about this. I'm with you and willing to come forward if WME don't get my money back.

Im having issues with these guys as well. My account manager is a moron. My campaign is not doing that well. And they have messed up my payment system. Given me wrong info and have not attended to my needs. WME are terrible. I have not been treated very well. They have messed up, I have reacted angrily yet Im the bad guy. They will not admit they have messed up.
