Better off with Chux!! – Never arrived, $100 for 3 x clothes. Advertised as Australian but come from China. Never arrived and have been hopeless to deal with.

Nanocloths do not absorb water – This product DOES NOT WORK. The cloths DO NOT ABSORB WATER! The 100% money back guarantee has not been honoured. My mirror dried with streaks as water was not removed.i paid $35 for 5 pieces of felt-like fabric. Not an Australian company. Won't refund.

WONDER WIPES… SHODDY – The wonder wipes are NOT what was advertised, received FELT wipes, CHEAP and NASTY. Have to keep on wiping and wiping, in the end I use ENJO cloths, they WORK. Like all the other reviews, these were rated 1 out of five stars. Everyone made the same complaint as myself, didn’t receive what was advertised, made of felt, waste of time and money,… Read more

plus made in CHINA, not AUSTRALIA.

They DO NOT REFUND, my email states that, apologising for inconvenience, complete JOKE.

BUYERS BEWARE of wonder wipes, check you reviews, please. Unable to post photos as I turfed mine in the bin…

Actually I DID NOT receive receipt or instructions, what to do, how to wash etc. my card was debited that’s the only proof I have.

Avoid wonder wipes – Bought pack of 10 cleaning wipes. They are basically pieces of felt! I thought I was buying from an Australian company but they came from china. Definitely a waste of money!

Item received not the same as advertised – Definitely not the same product as advertised. My photos show the significant difference. Left one is the advertised product and the right photo is what I received. I ordered 3 and they came in a plastic bag with nothing else - no invoice or return information. Disappointed I have to give it a star. Definitely not worth the $90 I paid for them.… Read more

Plus only found out after the transaction went through my bank that it is not an Australian company as I received an international transaction fee.

Item received not as advertised beware of this company – This is not an Australian company. The item I received arrived in torn packaging and was not as advertised it is a totally different material. After several messages I now realise they are not prepared to refund or send me the advertised item. I would beware of this company.

Order not as advertised please avoid this company – This is definitely not an australia company. I purchased the 3XXL wipes for $99.99 When received more than 3 Weeks later from China the packaging had holes in it and no invoice or paperwork for returns. the cloths look more like faux fur with a loop completely different to the advertised product. Only size 40cm x 60cm ( info was correct). I… Read more

wrote a review on their website as per above and it was removed within a few hours I don’t recommend this product or company

Nanofibre Cloths. Very expensive pieces of felt. Rubbish – Arrived in plastic with no labelling or instructions. Don’t respond to emails and are masquerading as an Australian company which they are definitely not

WonderWipe AU - False and Misleading Advertising – WonderWipe AU (WWAU) does not operate in Australia. The products received are not what is advertised. I purchased WWAU 3 XXL Bathroom Drying Cloths. What arrived was WWAU 3 XXL 'bath mats' with thick fibres on both sides (see photo). There was no delivery invoice, company branding, or any instructions inside the very battered delivery bag or… Read more

inside the clear packet the bath mats were in as I opened one of them. I sent a complaint to WWAU advising same, attaching a photo of what I had received, and asked for the incorrect products to be replaced. I followed up as no response was received (5 emails in total) finally asking for a refund. I received an email today from WWAU advising 'As stated in our terms and conditions, we are unable to accept returns for used items due to hygienic reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.' I again advised that the products are not what I ordered and what had been communicated was unacceptable and unfounded so please replace them or provide a refund. 30 January 2024: No response to further emails with respect to a refund or replacement. No response to the following:

Please comply with the guarantee you provide on your website which states: ******* TRY IT 100% RISK FREE We have an iron-clad risk- free 30-day guarantee that begins only when you receive the product! If you don't have a positive experience for any reason contact our helpful customer support and ask for a full refund. **************************** 31 January 2024, I raised my complaint with PayPal as I had paid WWAU through that system. In February 2024 PayPal advised that they contacted WWAU and provided written advice that while my dispute was not a billing issue, it stated that WWAU, would provide a refund. 5 March - 11 April 2024 I sent further emails to WWAU. The first response advised that I had received the correct product. I responded by advising that was false as I have a long email trail to WWAU (see above) confirming my complaint. I also reiterated by confirmation from PayPal through a screenshot, that PayPal confirmed WWAU would provide a refund of $AUD90.00. I have further advised PayPal that I have not received the refund.

False Advertising – I brought 2 of these XXL cloths and they are terrible, they leave smear marks on glass. They are just a giant size towel. I too thought they were Australian company. Buyers beware I would highly recommend not buying this product.

Not aa advertised – They have finally arrived, after 4 weeks and a couple of emails, I was excited to use these u-bute cleaning cloths and make my cleaning easier. Well, that excitement soon turned sour, when I opened the mangled parcel, the contents were nothing as advertised as per pictures in the videos and on web site. The WonderWipe™ – XXL Bathroom Drying Cloth… Read more

does not have the 2 different sides. WonderWipe™ - Nanofiber cloth × 1 is nothing like the video, it is a piece of felt! There are no care or use instructions provided. I was hopeful that the products would perform as advertised… well you can imagine my disappointment when they did not accomplish the advertised results. the XXL Bathroom drying cloth is large and cumbersome to use, and when damp/wet becomes heavy, the Nanofiber leaves a damp streak. I could have wiped the shower down with the cat and got a better result! I tried using them both dry and damp (again, no information provided). Neither product cleans or dries as advertised and all marketing is misleading. they are not an Australian Company or Australian site who call themselves "Wonder Wipes Australia". I have emailed them with request of refund, if Ido not have a reply within the 1st week of the New Year, I will be submitting to PayPal to follow up.

False advertising – The XXL drying cloth received bears absolutely no resemblance to the photo and video on the website - it's basically a small towel. It also just leaves streaks and fluff on glass and mirrors. Contacted the company (not Australian despite the marketing) and they refuse either to refund or replace which is against ACCC regulations.

WonderWipe cloth is ok, but false advertising as an Australian company – I placed an order for three (3) WonderWipe Bathroom Drying Cloths on 1 November 2023 after seeing an advertisement on my Facebook page from at the company named, WonderWipes Australia. After receiving no information concerning my order for over a week, along with the fact I was charged an international transaction fee on my purchase, I conducted… Read more

an investigation into the company. This investigation revealed WonderWipes Australia are not an Australian company, nor are they based in Australia. They are actually based in Yanwen, China, and the items are in fact shipped from Yanwen, China, taking three (3) weeks to deliver to my Sydney CBD address. The good news is, I have received my order, and the cloths do wipe, and soak up, water from my bathroom surfaces, but they do not come with any care, or laundry instructions. in fact they come with no instructions or information at all.
