Costway 1.8M Xmas Artificial Palm Tree

Please Don't Buy Everyday Market Costway Xmas Palm Tree! – I bought 2 & 1 is faulty. Costway wanted me to explain the fault when it is clear in 2 photos led lights on top don't work. Then they wanted a video of it & then they wanted me to follow an instructional video on how to find out where the fault is & how to possibly fix it. The video was of a normal led Christmas tree & not relatable to the Palm Xmas Tree. Also it was incomprehensible as it used a lot of jargon & was really fast. I had to threaten to go to the Department of Fair Trading to get my money back. They wouldn't let me return the tree to either be repaired or replaced with a working tree.
