Complete rip off. They add subscriptions that you know nothing about, charging for AI at $81.99 for 3 months. Have never used this function and now totally regretting using any of their products. Have cancelled and requested a refund but not holding my breath. They have $164 of my money for absolutely nothing. Might seem like a good option at the time but believe me it is definitely not. Please be aware, dodgy.

BEWARE! Unethical Company – BEWARE! When paying for the one year subscription, they incorporate an annual renewal, without making it obvious. There is a small message that indicates an annual renewal in small grey print, right below the LARGE BLACK BOLD font. It's easy to miss, especially If you're in a hurry, or you're like me and have mental health issues, which includes ADHD so focus and paying attention in an issue. It's easy to miss by design.

Business's you can trust understand that people make mistakes and have mental issues that affect focus and attention, therefore issue refunds. Not WPS, it seems their business model preys on people like me. It's a scam that's designed to give you no recourse.

To be clear, it's not the fact they subtilty incorporate auto renew that makes a scam, it's the fact they subtilty incorporate auto renew, THEN refuse to give you a refund.

I personally do not trust a company with ethics like WPS to do business with then anymore. I hope this makes people aware of their auto renew tactic and to cancel auto renew immediately if it's not what you wanted. Or better still, choose another product from a company with better ethics.

Terrible in correcting a problem – Bought a one month subscription past days to try the WPS program. The purchase of the licence through 2checkout.com got stuck the first time. A new attempt was successful but program kept showing the free version. After contacting 2checkout.com that the purchase was stuck in pending, 2checkout.com contacted technical support of WPS about the matter in a reply email to me. Then WPS replied to me giving a monthly subscription to another unknown user? I contacted them that they have given the monthly subscription to another but not to me, but no reply since... It shows how terrible these 2 organisations (WPS and 2checkout.com) communicate with each other about clients interests. I was only able to try the free version but could not save content due to the editing of the document only for the premium version clients. No clear warning was given about that matter upfront either. Don't waste to much of your time on this product given the poor confusing support at purchase point already!

Gave the program one more star after it finally seems to grant me the premium privileges I paid for nearly 2 days ago...
