frame support when you sit, it is always pressing against the under lower part of thigh, it looks cushiony but its looks are totally deceiving, all you feel is what is underneath the cushions, hard rigid frame, its like sitting on a thin timber that is standing vertically. And to complain even more the RGB lights and the speakers itself do not stay on for the duration of having the power to the chair. IT kind of goes to sleep and turn off itself after only merely 30mins!! YUB no RGB and No sound halfway playing a game!!

TLDR: Bad speaker quality, gets interference noise all the time, Bad internal frame design that hurts when sitting, Bad armrest ergonomics, too stiff and too low, stabs your thigh, Bad software/hardware controller unit that controls the lighting and speakers. The only good part is the chair looks decent and got "good" reviews on youtube.
