No customer service – You call their 1300 number and they put you on hold for long periods then hang up, no other listed way of contacting them. Their Accounts system is a mess, the manager is rude and obnoxious and won't own up to fault. If you do need to contact them for account issues on their fault you can only email one of the retail stores and ask them nicely to forward an email to accounts which then they won't reply for 2 weeks after sending multiple emails. Think again before using this company.

Prepare to fight if buy from them! – I ordered and paid for a macbook adapter on Ebay from xtremeelectronicau, now they changed their name to topeclectronicsstore, (paypal details is Shahid Khan xtremeelectronicsau) on 3 April 2020. Their listing said the delivery expected on 8 April 2020 but they didn't post the item until 14th April 2020 after I asked them where it was. When contacted about item not delivered, they just threw a tracking number, not apology nor explanation. They posted a tracking number on ebay so you couldn't cancel the order but didn't actually send the item until you asked and pushed. I finally received the item I ordered but much later than the time they advertised, after many complaints back and forth and tried to get Ebay involved. The adapter I bought and received in late April 2020 is now death (end of June 2020), didn't bother to ask for warranty given so much hassles receiving it in the first place. Never buy again from them.
