Ring was good, ( was the x model) however the app stopped working . Contacted the help desk and their reply was the app was not applicable to my ring any more. Have had ring for 1 year only. They offered the new ring they have at a discounted price. I asked what was stopping the same thing happening again eg app stop working. They have not contacted me again. BEWARE
Stopped charging after 6 weeks. Customer service is slow and return is not offered for faulty product. Ripped off for a $400 product. Should have bought the trusted Oura ring instead. Very disappointed. Terrible customer experience.
Does not deliver on its tracking metrics as advertised. If it picks up any sleep metrics at all, it will only be after midnight. Customer service is near unresponsive, with wait times up to two weeks.
I’ve been wearing the Yeyro ring for 3+ mths now. It’s not accurate with temp or sleep tracking - only picks up sleep after midnight most nights. It also continually disconnects and now I can’t even log in to connect the ring. It’s comfortable and light to wear - but doesn’t work as it should.
love it – the halo ring is such a convenient way to track my stats! love knowing my sleep quality, daily steps, heart rate and all the things! the app is very user friendly.
The Yeyro Ring for an athlete – This ring is very comprehensive as a fitness tracker. Despite the small size of the device, it is able to track quality of life, sleep, activity, balance, heart rate, spO2, menstruation and more. Super helpful statistics to know, especially as an athlete myself. I also love how durable the ring itself is so I’m not worried about it getting damaged while I train and go to the gym.
Terrible Experience – I can not recommend to avoid this company more. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Will advertise out of stock products which once ordered and paid for, will refuse refunds even though under consumer law is illegal. They will then proceed to not respond to any contact, and on the off chance they do it will be after almost a week.

Great Ring - Exactly what I needed – I wanted something that didn't require daily charging (like my watch) and was easy to put on and 'ignore'. This is exactly that. Now I can track my metrics without constantly needing to charge and take on and off.

Terrible ring, terrible customer service. Avoid purchasin – I really wish I could give it a zero. Please avoid purchasing this ring. I bought the Yeyro Pro, incorrect reading of steps and activity as well the body temp. Horrible – Worst purchase ever. Got sent 2 rings (2nd as a replacement because the 1st didn’t work) and neither worked and they won’t refund me because they don’t have a refund policy. Stay away!!!!
Works great! – Been using my Yeyro Pro for a few weeks now, only take it off every few days to charge. I love the look of it, it was easy to set up and it tracks everything perfectly
Don’t waste your money – Does not work they sent two neither worked more than a few days. Asked for money back they said no would send a third ring have never received. Do not waste your money.
