DISAPPOINTED – Have enjoyed using the product. Absolute shame about the shocking customer service!!! I have been ordering products for quite a while now. I placed an order July 23rd. Still haven’t received it!! Emailed, called, messaged on Insta and Facebook. Zero response. And from the other review I just read, I have just discovered this product is actually made in China (yep verified on my bottle in the smallest print I needed a magnifying glass to read!! I also thought it was an Australian made product.

VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least!!!

Cheap Chinese products – I purchased this product thinking that it would be a legitimate Australian business. When I received the physical product, I read in extreme fine print "Made in China" on all the products. I did a bit more research. Alibaba.com was filled with listings of the EXACT same product for USD1.75 each. I had paid $129! This is really frustrating. It looks to be a product that the founder has made herself but this is not the case. C'mon guys, we can need to be better than this in Australia. We are ripping off our own citizens.
