improving, so there was no measurable value added. After three months I tried to cancel, but was talked into giving it more time. I stayed for the full six months, still with no results, and because I was three days late in terminating the contract, I was charged for an extra month. was paying for I was always met with excuses. I have heard everything from "oh you don't have enough reviews", "your social media presence isn't strong enough" "your website needs to be better, here pay for one of ours", "you just have to give it time, we will give it an extra push for a couple of months" etc etc. None of these excuses held up to any scrutiny. The reality is that my profile was already in good standing and had a lot of 5 star reviews, especially compared to my competition. So then what service to they even really provide? I saw no benefit from using them for over 2 years and thousands of dollars paid.

The service is also really bad. At the beginning they called me and emailed me and followed up heaps. As the months progressed I stopped even getting my monthly statistics until I called and prompted them. Quitting was also a hassle. I had to go through 3 or 4 different people just to end my services. They tried to stretch it out as much as they could and in the end they charged an extra month more than they said they would. It wasn't until I called them again that they back peddled and refunded the money.

Since then, I have created my own google search campaign. I am getting far better results and actual conversions into real money for my business and I spending a fraction of what I was spending with YBL.

Bottom line, this company is inefficient and predatory in their techniques. Seeing as how unethical they were in dealing with me, I suspect a lot of these positive reviews are fake.

had decided to be gracious and waive the "last payment requirement", which I was never told about until that moment. They tried to convince me to continue, and obviously did not refund even part of the money even though I received no services. Feels like a scam.

Extremely high start up costs. Lack of results. No clear invoices in writing and slimy sales tactics. Do not recommend for a small business as there is little return on investment and end up being very expensive per lead

end of August, things got even worse. After the contract ended, my Google Business profile for Lux Me effectively disappeared. My business information was removed and now my clinic has no proper presence on Google. This has made it harder for clients to find me and I have been losing business while trying to restart the entire verification process with Google from scratch.

In my view this is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I feel I paid for a result that was not delivered and then my existing online presence was damaged when I left. I am now considering lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria about this experience. I would not recommend this company to other small business owners.

Great friendly staff to deal with and definitely real results. Margo my account manager is always super friendly and accommodating. She can also explain the technical stuff in depth enough for me to keep on track with what’s happening with my account.
