I was so sad to see this company close. I was an affiliate with the company for a short time. I loved the unique of the products. The spices were so good. I loved the size of the containers they came in etc..hope someone will bring the company back or find a way to bring the products back. They are so missed.

perfection – By using "herb and garlic" mixture I have found that it give a different aroma to food. It also makes the palate have different tastes and make meal time enjoyable.

YIAH HAS THE BEST – Top of the range spice, vinegar and chocolate blends on the market. Sad that currently they have closed shop, but they are relaunching a new business model very soon. Crossing fingers the products are the same or even greater. At least the company will be better.

Great Consultants are like Diamonds – I would like to thank my consultant for always keeping to her word, always keeping us informed and always following through on our orders, glad to see there is a business restructure taking place after their initial issues, and I can wait to get more YIAH in my cupboard!

Still waiting on our order coming up to a year now... Still waiting – We are waiting on ours products 12 months after ordering them! Time we were refunded or receive our products ordered for last Christmas. No contact by the company or rep!

Disappointed – I ordered back on 25 Feb 2017, was promised product over the following few months, but nothing ever turned up. I cant believe all the other people that have had the same experience since - months later! Is this still going on? Such a shame because it was a great product. Very Disappointed!!

No contact from consultant – I spent $144 on products for myself ikand a friend in March no contact from consultant to say there was an issue until 2 weeks ago. a dispute into your bank but if you paid cash then it's too bad! Wonder if the consultant got her commission? No more party plan for me. Disgusting to know they have set up again under a new name. Possibly funded from the money we are owed!

Anyone can be a great chef with these fantastic products – Wow what a range .. I tried these fantastic flavours at the Newcastle food & wine festival in 2015. I use them in every day cooking . Products not received – I am disappointed that 2 orders have never been received, valued at over $200. I had to refund clients so i was $400 out of pocket. Numerous emails were sent with a response "thank you for your patience, your order is not far away." I tried phoning and it was an automated response. I was bullied by other consultants when I questioned it going in to receivership. I have finally received a refund from my bank.

No order received – Like all other reviews here I have not received an order placed in January. Due to the length of time passed I cannot even put a dispute through with my bank. Please contact Fair Trading. This company continued to receive orders knowing that they could not deliver them (I view this as stealing too). And they have not had the decency to respond to any correspondence.

I also was stung by YIAH – I also ordered from this company as they were closing the doors. They took my money but no product. This is stealing and I can't do anything about it. Shameful YIAH!

stole my money also – I placed an order in April and can't get any reply from any where or any one. Don't go near this company if they relaunch until they repay all those that are owed. A lying thieving company. Can't provide evidence of purchase as the consultant website is shut down

Your Inspiration have gone BUST! – Your Inspiration have gone BUST! Please tell everyone not to order from them. I've lost $71.80. They are pigs for taking orders knowing they can't deliver. I've emailed and called and no one is getting back to me regarding my order nearly 3 months ago. What a shame! Their products are amazing!

Order not received – I am reading all the other reviews and I am in the same boat. I placed an order on 30/1/17 and I am still waiting. I have called, emailed, called and emailed but no answer and no order. I have received some emails saying that everything is getting back on track - what a laugh!!! I am so disappointed as I loved the products - but this is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

No product and no refund received! – Products ordered (and not received) were for a wedding celebration and menus had to be destroyed and other catering sought .... A very costly exercise . Also the start of a new Hot Dog business where menus renovations had been paid for. The launch had to be cancelled... Again another costly exercise and a small business still paying overheads and unable to trade.

Company Taking Money but Not Fulfilling Orders – After months of waiting and getting different stories on why my product had not been delivered, the 2 consultants I ordered through (2 different occasions) advised me to raise a dispute with my bank for a refund. YIAH are no long attending phones or emails so you will not be able to contact them directly and they are not processing refund forms.… Read more

Both consultants were incredibly apologetic but of course, they too had been left in the dark and out of pocket. It doesn't look like the company is making any effort to refund or deliver orders so I'd strongly suggest you request a refund through your bank ASAP before YIAH close their own accounts (or they're frozen).

These are amazing products - if you can get them: – 5months and still waiting for a refund, after waiting 2 months for the order. I then saw that they were locked out of the factory for not paying rent. Do not buy or place an order unless the consultant physically has the product in stock. Doubt this company will be around in the future.

or response. We have not received our fundraiser orders which were placed 27th March to support a charity. The charity was paid 40% of the order total immediately by me to the fundraiser host after the orders were placed, however the customers who have paid for their products have not received their products. I have no option now but to file a complaint against the company with my bank to refund our customers & although I refuse to take any more orders for YIAH products I am committed to my customers until this matter is resolved & refunds are made.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE – We used their products as part of a fund raising option.6 weeks and still waiting. We now have to refund all money. Surprise surprise, they dont answer any communication. The consultant has now quit, so do not buy anything from them!!!!!

Do not order - the company is going down - call fair trading – We ordered at a party and the consultant is struggling to fill the orders due to "difficulties" obtaining products. Substituting for many items. She said the company is in trouble. Save yourself the bother. Do not order. Contact your consultant for a refund. Go to Fair Trading and take it to the next step if you have not received your products.

Terrible customer service! – Great products, however the customer service and lies from head office are pathetic! Consultants are told nothing and are left trying to explain to customers that there have to wait several months for products.

Customer service leaves alot to be desired!! – Although the products may be great, delivery times in excess of 7 weeks are not! As a consultant, l placed 4 orders - each of these order took in excess of 7 weeks! try explaining that to customers when the YIAH guarantee was 2-3 weeks (until they decided that they has too many orders and removed their guarantee when it suited them!) customer care (on 2 separate occasions), to ask if my order had been processed, where l was provided with a receipt number but never received a reply email. Emailed my 'upline', was told to wait at least 7 weeks.

It's embarrassing to be a consultant and sell these products when l have no faith in the company!

Such a shame they can't organise themselves, this product would be a much better seller if they could deliver what they say they will!

Would never order as a consultant or a customer again - products aren't that good to be waiting so long!

Do Not Order From This Company!!! – Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been handled with this company. Placed an order in December and now it is the 1st of March and still nothing!!! Cannot get a hold of anyone at home office. Phone and emails have gone unanswered, my consultant can't even explain to me what the hell is going PATHETIC with a capital P!!!

Amazing product - totally worth the wait – This company hasn't delivered product to customers for months. They refuse to refund and refuse to communicate. Don't waste your money people's! Steer clear and don't order from YIAH websites.

Do not place orders you will never receive them – do not place orders. My team has been waiting on over 50 missing orders since October last year. Go to your bank and get a chargeback for orders placed. Disgusting company with no ethics and morals.

Abysmal customer service – Some great products but they don't compensate for the god-awful customer service. I bought a business kit on 31 July, it arrived with one item on back order. November, the consultant took several days to find out and tell me it had shipped the day before. It turned out they shipped it to someone with the same name in Tasmania. I'm still trying to find out where the back order is and have just had the head consultant tell me that head office have asked for a week off answering such queries to get themselves sorted as a lot of people have put in multiple queries about their orders! I wonder why? The lack of response perhaps?

YIAH took two months off from their Flavor stack subscriptions to revamp and rebadge. When the subscriptions were due to restart and I was finally able to find out the content I had been charged for two months which hadn't yet shipped and found they were full of cheap repeat products. I asked for a refund and was told the program has now been cancelled world-wide and a refund would take 5-7 days to process. Over a week later, I'm now advised it is likely to be quicker to ask the bank to retrieve funds.

The head of JRJR (parent company) held a conference call on Saturday (couldn't attend) to address recent business events, share vision for the future etc. There's been a few emails lately from JRJR. Nothing from ANY YIAH personnel and no announcement of any kind on their communication Facebook page. I'm a consultant who's supposedly happily selling product for them but there's no communication at all. I agree it is a company that is failing and I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

Hopeless – Placed an order on 10th September and finally received it 14th November and only then because I requested a refund. My order was dispatched the same day I emailed my completed refund request form. Emails and phone calls just fobbed me off with no answer. Opened my order to find they have shipped the wrong Flavour Stack. I will never order from them again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! – Placed an order in early July. Took 3 months to arrive - missing 1 item and packing slip indicated I would receive a refund for this item. Still waiting nearly 2 months later. NO response to many, many emails. NO answer when you try to telephone. My consultant has been unable to find out any information. I will never order again.

Delivery and communication non existant – I do love the YIAH products but i am disgusted with the lack of service. I had a party on the 3rd August and here we are on the 28th October and I still have NO products. That is 12 weeks. The only communication I have had is when I messaged the consultant. I rang head office a week ago and have had no futher contact. I am beyond disgusted. How can I recommend a product I HAVE NOT RECIEVED YET.
