Yukon 60T Diesel log splitter

Only lasted 2 winters and needs a new motor – Purchased from Klika, used for 2 winters (only a few hours), and the keyway that holds the flywheel onto the crank completely failed, causing the crank to wear. Needs a new motor already, not under warranty and Klika want to sell me a new motor. The whole reason why I purchased new is to avoid this. I won't be buying a new motor every 2 years, wish I had purchased a Honda splitter instead.
Great value for $$$ – Chunky powerful machine. Hasn't pulled up on any knotty gum I have thrown at it. Did make an inverted L braket to place control lever in a better position. Beware - the stabilising leg in soft ground can cause the draw bar to fly up and injure, if moving the ram to the upright position. Lucky it is key start. You would be doing very well to pull start the 420cc diesel even if you had to.
Fantastic, fuel efficient and quieter – Most people who use splitters I know, It is because they are beyond physical exertion because of bad shoulders or pain else where. Key start makes it very easy. Starts in seconds on cold winter days. Splits with ease at idle and used about a litre for a tonne of wood. - Down fall is the exhaust comes out where you stand to operate. Nothing an exhaust extension wouldn't fix. And the valve to operate it is to low when using the bench which means (I'm 6ft) I'm bending over on a bad angle to operate it.
