called Zager three times and was told to email them. My email got completely ignored. I sent three emails, all ignored. I never got an opportunity to send the guitar back after three attempts. They even ignored the letter my lawyer sent. I'm so mad right now I'm seriously considering spending another grand to sue Zager! I'll never do business with them again.

I've had to learn to ease up on the hard picking and strumming. It really is easier to play. The sound is awesome and the sustain of the chords and notes are really great. Inside the case looks like I could climb in and snooze for a week. Beautifully lined with a stash pocket and a humidity meter. That's not the amazing part. The guitar is a work of art. browsing the music stores for guitars that would fit my fat fingers. through trial and error I did end up with a couple acoustics over the years that came close, but never quite. I was searching "guitars for large hands" a couple weeks ago and came across Zager Guitars. Intrigued, I browsed their website. After watching several videos and reading a slew of reviews I perused their lineup. I decided to give 'em a try!

I received my Zager ZAD50CE via Fedex yesterday. It had been shipped from their Las Vegas studio, so it spent some time moving across the desert. It had a teeny bit of buzz at the 7th and 8th frets. I had watched the video at the Zager website about what to do if this occurred, so a couple quick turns of the adjustment nut brought it into full and perfect playability. I spent the next hour or so familiarizing myself with it. It is definitely the most comfortable neck I've ever laid a left hand on!
