Zager ZAD900E AURA

I just received my new ZAD900E and when I opened the case I was blown away by the appearance. The craftsmanship is very apparent. I love the feel of the satin finish of the neck and how it blends in with the gloss finish of the Sitka Spruce and Indian Rosewood body. The 900 series has Curly Maple bindings that pop against the Rosewood. Equally as impressive as the looks is the sound, it is a rich deep sound. My wife surprised me with the Zager 900 top-of-the line acoustic/electric guitar for my 70th birthday. I’ve had a Martin DR for 25 years and the Zager has a deeper and richer tone and, because of the fret/string distance, is easier to play. Great action & the included Aura electronic package is fabulous. Service and communication with Dennis & his staff has been incredibly impressive. Highly recommended!

I researched Zager guitars for about two months before buying my 900CE. The reasons I bought a Zager are there exceptional customer service, their return policy, and the number of very positive reviews I found on the internet and on Youtube.com. When I opened the package and first saw the guitar in person I was astounded by the looks, it is a real work of art, and by it's sound. I also found it's playability to be all that was stated and since I'm at the age when arthritis strikes hands I am able to play longer and better due to the way the guitar is manufactured.

I have played some of the highest quality guitars available in the last 20 years, but after receiving my ZAD900E today, I can honestly say that I have never found one better than this! In my opinion, it’s quality and sound are a blend of the Martin D45 and the Taylor 914ce, but at a much better price! I plan on buying all 3 of my sons Zager guitars as they get older. I've owned Guild, Gibson and still own Yamaha and Martin guitars. All nice instruments. I've been mostly a percussionist for many decades but all throughout I've dabbled with keyboard and guitar. This is an Awesome Guitar. I'm so fortunate to have found it. I've been a long time waiting to find the sound, playability, and remarkable beauty of this instrument. I have owned and played some fabulous guitars, including a Gibson J-45, Martin D-28 and Martin D-35. BUT, the new Zager ZAD900E is by far the best guitar EVER. It has a deep, rich tone that literally sings when you play it. The Zager claim that their guitars are "easy play" is no hype. It's true! The width and shape of the neck is like nothing I've ever experienced. The full box of the ZAD900E dreadnought resonates better than the much higher priced guitars on the market today.

Over the last 6 mo I have been looking for a guitar that would be easy to play but also be of such quality I could use it as an heirloom years from now. The ZAD 900 is all that and more. I have owned the ZAD80CE for 7 years now, and I truly love it. When I first bought it, I took it to a guitar store and played it head to head with a $2,750 Taylor. While they both sounded great, the ZAD80CE was easier to play and I felt the Zager had a little something extra in its sound. I have now purchased the ZAD900CE AURA, and I couldnt be happier. It is such a beautiful and well made guitar. The sound is bigger and brighter than the ZAD80CE, which is really saying something. The Fishman AURA system really brings out the beautiful tones of the guitar when you plug it in to an amp. I highly recommend buying either one of these excellent guitars!

The ZAD900CE Aura is a piece of art. I've had it for just over a year & have had only one issue. An issue which you resolved immediately upon my email request.

Thank you SO MUCH for your prompt attention to my "action, fret buzz" issues along with the complimentary hole plug & string set.

I was convinced it was going to take, at least some fret filing to fix.
I was amazed when the "wet towel in a large baggie" video solved my year long ordeal! The top is now correctly "arched" and I finally have the action set low... to my liking & the fret buzz is gone.

I can finally honestly say
"I love my Zager 900ce Aura"In every way.
