Zeeler Peeler

Lucky it was on special!!! – The Zeeler looks flash and versatile. Um what a let down. It flexes to much to keep itself in control. Apples don't spiral properly, varying thicknesses for the one apple and it does not core properly. The place we got it from don't sell them any more, that says something. Was marked down from about $80 to under $30, says even more!!

Expensive and Useless – I bought the Zeeler Peeler and since day one, have found it to be the most useless item in my kitchen. I had previously bought a $20 apple corer and slinky machine and thought the Zeeler would look and work better, but I was wrong. Although the Zeeler is an impressive looking piece of kitchen equipment, it doesn't work like the video shows. It hacks the fruit and vegetable and it all ends up looking like a big mess. It is difficult to use and I ended up with sore fingers pushing the blades in and out and back and forth.

I wish this product lived up to my expectations, but it doesn't. It was an expensive mistake. Stick with the $20, it actually works
