Zendesk

Super Late delivery – Purchased zendesk in June and today Aug 4th they told me the leg will be delivered another 3 weeks late..2 months into the purchase and still no desk. I hope there are no quality issues with the desk. I should just go with other options.

Why do companies use these people???! – I've never had a good experience with these people. They don't appear to have any genuine knowledge of the company's products or services that they represent and in one instance, dealing with them to try and resolve an issue with Chemist Warehouse, they don't even respond. Maybe because you can never get through to the company you're trying to deal with, that company has no idea about how awful they appear to their customers.

Very reliable – My purchase of sheepskin rugs has improved our warmth and has our bedroom looking fantastic. Loved it so much I have been in contact with Nezie to buy more. The correspondence has been positive.

Overpriced and keep charging despite cancellation – We did not even ask for refund, we had cancelled the subscription, yet they still debited our account. They claim it to be a "pre-approved" payment which we did not.
