I had my car detailed inside as it was filthy after having G’kids in it with food & drink over the recent school holidays. I am very pleased with the result & will definitely not be allowing the kids to eat or drink in my spotless car again! My dusty car needed care after recent rain and wind; knew where to go after last time. Alderley Zoom Car Wash again provided a great experience in the Bubblecano and the hand dry and wheel treatment. what business will increase your monthly payment by 33%, from $45a month to $60 ,. so means they do not look after their regulars , maybe a good way to lose customers less wages to pay

Less than happy! – Friendly staff. That’s the only positive. I told them I only had an hour because of an appointment and it took them an hour and a half. Gleaming inside and out! – I visited Zoom Carwash Holland Park on the weekend and got the top notch detail. the results were absolutely amazing from the friendly staff to the meticulous cleaning, i couldn't be more happy with the results! definitely recommend if anyone is in need of deep cleaning. Show reply

Very Disappointed – First time ever in my 1month old van. Drove in decided on the $43 as it was my first time there. The attendant recommended I should have the $50. Car covered in dry water drops wasn't dried off properly.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Dishonest, inconsiderate and disrespectful – I called in advance during the week to inquire about making a booking. I was told they would call me back about availability. They called back and confirmed they could book me in for 10 am the next day, and that they would definitely have time for our car. at 4 pm. Throughout this entire experience, communication was poor and very disrespectful. The entire day was a waste and a hassle. When we came back at 4pm, the car was not even touched and we were told it may have to stay overnight. We had wasted hours of our day in a different suburb, and now how did they expect us to get home? It was all just unbelievable. We ended up leaving and not getting the car wash, because we couldn't even trust them to do it then, as we were constantly being told we'd be directed to the manager or that our issue would be resolved, only to find out nothing was being done. Real lack of consideration and organisaton for paying customers. It's as simple as saying we are too busy and letting people go about their day instead of disrupting it so terribly. Thankfully it was a Groupon, so we could get a refund.

Damaged my rear view mirror after an interior detail – Went for a detailing that costs $60 and turned out they have broke my rear view mirror. Owner, managers and employees are dishonest after being confronted with the damages and refused to pay for the damages which costs $1257 to replace. adjusts the mirror every time they drive. Attempted to contact actual manager and owner but unable to because they don't spend the effort to pick up the phone and reply any emails (try it yourself). Read all the other 1 star reviews, this business has a reputation of breaking or damaging car parts and being rude to the customers. Owner only knows how to praise how his business has operated for 17 years and have a 4 star Google review. During my first visit here, I have also realised they sneakily charge you $10 for the bulblecano even if you didn't ask for and other extras that they think you need like extra dirt, carpets or wheel charges so be very careful. I don't recommend this business at all as they're dishonest and the clean quality is subpar and perfunctory.

is actually dirty. Debris are still found after a round of vacuum. Overall, dodgy pricing strategy, dishonest staffs and poor wash quality.

Hidden extra charges – I went to Holland park to have my car washed and I will let you decide if I got ripped off, I pay $45 for unlimited washes per month asked for the interior to be vacuumed and was charged an extra $60 so for one wash and interior clean cost me $105,( $65 for exterior and interior wash if I just drove in off the street ) when I called to question… Read more

the $60 change and was advised that this was $45 for the interior clean and $15 for extra dirt clean (which I was never advised ). I have only owned the new car for 1 month. How many others are getting extra charges they are not told about. So check that you are not getting extra charges your are not told

Trusted from new – Had these guys look after my car from new, on a monthly plan where I can wash my 4WD when ever I need through the month. The equiptment and set up is amazing, the wash is first class. Why do it yourself.. leave it to the pros! ps. Bubblecano has to be experienced to be beleived!  Show reply

Worst experience ever – I got my car washed at Alderley and got my alloy wheels cleaned. They have totally screwed my alloy wheels. I have tried to talk to them and they took photos of the damage but they refuse to do anything about it. My wheels are all peeling. Do not go to this place unless you want bad service and your car stuffed up!!!

If I could give zero stars I would – Took my BMW through a few months back they sprayed there "specially formulated mag wheel destroyer" which cost an extra $10 and what do know oxidised mags. All they could offer as reimbursement is a few free washes as if I would go back after that! $1200 worth of rims destroyed in 5 min. I wouldn't recommend to anyone! Car wasn't clean either.
