Finally arrived without instructions, charged the leg wrap however nothing happened. SCAMMED.

Scammed – Bought a product 2 weeks ago, no updates, I’m sure I’ve been scammed by this company.

Very Poor service – I ordered a zurafit on 15/11/24 with priority shipping and tracking , neither did I receive. It is now 29/11/24 and should have arrived now. Have no idea where it is last heard of in Melbourne or something vague days ago. Every message from Alex was the same and not at all helpful. Very unhappy with the company and believe it is a scam.

Poor at best – I have a couple of points to make here: first of all, this product does not fit on most legs I suspect. It came nowhere near wrapping around my calves. Second...it comes from China, but to return it, you have to ship it to Australia. This is not an option, as the shipping cost is more than the cost of the product itself. waste of money. I suspect that this company ships it from China real cheap, and then requires returns for refunds to go via Australia...basically so no one returns the product due to international shipping rates. Suspected SCAM!

Crap! – Didn't receive order until 3 weeks later, came from China not within Australia. Paid way to much for the product I could have got from any other company for alot less. Do not buy from them.

Horrible product! Very cheap – Hate it to small for 18 inch calf! To return from the USA to Australia will cost an excess of $100 company not willing to work with me to get this item returned I highly do not recommend it

Want a refund – Alex from Zurafit has received 5x emails with the proof of payment and me requesting my money back!!! I have never received the product and have been asking for my refund. The service is quick to take your money but Alex keeps saying I'll get back to you, I just want my money back and for Alex to be honest and professional.

False advertising - Does not fit swollen legs – Despite being advertised to 'eliminate all pain, discomfort and swelling', these are not made to fit swollen legs. My calves are around 20" when swollen and the cuff doesn't even come close to being able to close - they need to make size options. states '(One size fits all including oversized legs.)'. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. They advertise as being an Australian company but all prices are in USD. Their facebook replies try to indicate product comes from Australia - but it gets shipped from China.
