I love my Zyliss sald spinner with pull-cord. I bought it approximately 3 years ago. I am so disappointed the lid of the spinner to take it aprt by itself today while I was using it. Can you provide a step by step instruction to assemble the lid back? or to provide a step by step video to disassemble and assemble the lid? Thank you. Allison

I have an old zyliss small salad spinner with a pull cord, just wanted to confirm there is no way to deep clean the lid and remove buildup and mold from the device? Is there a way to clean this and or disassemble the lid so you can deep clean it properly?

Zyliss salad spinner with lever that you pump to make it spin now does not spin when pressing the lever. Occasionally the ever will catch and cause one rotation. Is there a way to take it apart to see if I can repair it?

what good is a spinner lid you cannot take apart to clean????
The spinner lid can be separated partially. The partial separation does not allow for full cleaning and removal of food bacteria. Yes, bacteria can be produced from vegetables! The Zyliss salad spinner is a good product in all other respects, except cleaning.
The pull cord periodically stops. How do I fix it?

My zyliss salad spinner has developed mould in the top of the spinner which seems to be impossible to open up for thorough cleaning. CAN it be opened? If not, how can I clean it or do I need to discard it as I’m sure it’s not healthy! Thanks

If it has a round/oval rubber bits in centre underneath push them away from the hard clear plastic, will then come apart
Yes, got that. But that doesn't access the pulley string.
I have just purchased the SwiftDry salad spinner and used it once. I see some drops of water have entered the lid and I cannot get in there to remove them. Air drying does not seem to have any effect. I am concerned that mould will gather.

If its the as the one i had under tge top is a white rubber circle wirh grooves? The push towards each other and you can separate the two tip6 halves
Don’t think mine’s the same. I’d love to post a photo but I can’t. There is a see through plastic case and all the fittings are inside and are green
