Still waiting for my money back ... 8 months later & I have still had no response or returned email from EFax! – After EFax inviting me to contact them to organise the refund owed to me, I am still awaiting a refund of $157 which EFax gave me their word they wouldn’t take! Very unprofessional & dishonest company, do not use!

All good things come to a end – Been with eFax for 10+ years. They had always been supportive to our needs and I highly recommend them as a supplier. Sadly we no longer need these types of services and we parted ways. I just want to give very special thank you.
excellent – I have needed technical support on a couple of occasions and have found their customer service team to be patient, kind and extremely helpful. E-Fax have provided excellent customer service.
Great product, still going strong with excellent support! – Been using this software for 20+ years. I still have an occasional need for it, and it still works flawlessly! Able to run it on Windows 11 Arm, so compatibility is not an issue. Had to contact customer support recently and got an immediate, professional & helpful turnaround.

efax a company to be avoided – Keep away from these people they keep sending you rubbish and will not stop, and you hear horrible stories from people who can't stop them charging their card. I requested my account be deleted and no response - to be avoided.
blocked account and had to provide card insecurely over phone before would unblock – Have credit card payment entry feature on web portal, yet require manually providing card over phone if account blocked because payment failed. That is all kinds of insecure for no apparent reason.

eFax International service is great but trying to cancel the service and it’s annual fee took me almost a decade!!! – We took out this service with an annual fee for our business around 2010. Our business serviced clients in remote areas who were heavy fax users. Excellent service and it worked well for us until we no longer needed it. couple of years later I noticed they had direct debited another annual fee. I called and again cancelled. Two years later still annual fee which they had then changed their business name and details so I couldn’t get hold of the company. Then in 2020 I tried again and figured out how to get hold of them via email so I had some evidence of contacting them. This time they confirmed it had been cancelled. Fast forward to 2023 they are still taking $$ from my account. FFS really?? Now I’m really annoyed as they are wasting my time. I call them and get quite cranky and demand all my money back since 2013. Of course they only have a record of me cancelling in 2020 so will only refund the last three years. I point out that they can see from their records I haven’t used the service since 2013. They agree but for what ever reason it’s not enough reason to refund my money. I’ll attempt to follow up with the bank as this is now become about the principle not the $$. Very dissatisfied customer.

Great customer service – Spoke to Nicole A to make changes to our account and she was very polite and helpful. Very easy to make the updates over the phone which were executed promptly.
Really Enjoyed the service – Easy to use and great support. The fax service really helped us to increase our business. no hesitation recommending eFax to anyone needing to send / receive faxes with a local are number.
Account enquiry – I was charged high amount in my account. Minh was nice but unable to inform me was unable to explain how the charges are once it exceeds faxes number on my plan.
Minh was super helpful – Noticed additional charges on my card and called Efax as I did not get a reply from the email I sent previously. Credit card acceptance – My new credit card was not accepted by e-fax. My support person diligently followed up and provided a solution within a reasonable time frame. I was happy with the solution. Show reply

Simple and fast support – I was in desperate to send an important fax and I did not have much time left. I needed to change the info on my account and update some information at the last minute. Great customer service – I recently needed help with our eFax account and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. Sadly, good service isn't something I've come to expect when trying to get online help but this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had. My problem was solved efficiently with a good result, but more importantly with friendly and helpful communication. Show reply

Efax Issue – Nicole Anderson has been very understanding and reactivated our fax service. Must have service for the business – Customer representative is well aware of the situation and was willing to help. She come up with the solution that will help my business to have continuous/un-interrupted service. Monthly package we were in tend to have distruptions due to delay in payments. Show reply

Resolved more easily than anticipated – Tiffany was able to find out why certain numbers weren't able to receive our faxes which was very helpful and in a relatively short space of time. It helps me to know we can easily resolve the same issue in the future. Show reply
