Half the price for the same watch – I have read a lot of negative reviews about Klukkur so I thought I would tell of my experience with them,I bought a Seiko solar watch for $150 I paid extra for the express sorting and shipping so the total was $202 for a watch that I see in the watch stores for over $400, it took a little under 2 weeks to arrive but I am now wearing it and I am very happy with my purchase
Absolutely awful. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! – I bought a watch from them which was faulty. After a lot of hard work they agreed for me to return it to them in early December. It was supposed to be away for 3-4 weeks, but it has now been 3 months and they cant find it. No one now answers the phone, I have had a few email and chat conversations but they keep blaming their poor internal communications as to why they cant find out the status of my repair. The customer service contacts don't have the authorisation to provide a refund or replacement, that is management, but again their internal communications issues apparently mean that I cant get through to them either. The customer service people cant (won't) actually help with service issues, they are only there for sales and hide behind a myriad of excuses to not deal with customer service issues. The guys are unbelievably awful and should be avoided at all costs. The products are cheaper than many around but the $20 you can save is definitely not worth it when you don't have a product!
